Having came here a year or so prior and not having had the best experience we were hesitant to book again but my wife and I stayed for the overnight lodge experience to celebrate her birthday and could not fault a thing. Our lodge was cosy, clean and had its own hot-tub. All staff we dealt with were so friendly and smiley particularly Megan at the front desk very informative and friendly. Julie in the restaurant was also brilliant and chatty as was the other young man. Nothing was an issue for any of the staff and the food was also great and served very warm which we both like. My wife was even surprised a birthday plate for dessert which was very thoughtful. Bowfield has definitely redeemed itself had a lovely time.
