This hotel is very convenient and affordable. I’m enjoying staying in January, but December with the purple Christmas decorations was even better (created by Izzy). Lovely attention to detail everywhere and staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Thank you.

Lovely, warm and welcoming staff. 
Very comfortable beds. Bathroom was perfect but mother would have liked a shower non-slip mat for the bath/shower. And a toilet roll instead of the toilet paper dispenser would be much nicer but those are the only down sides which were not an issue. 
Breakfast was a little bland on the sausages and bacon front. The eggs were excellent and the choice of food on offer was really good. 
This is a lovely place to stay and highly recommend.

Lovely staff and a very comfortable bed. I will stay here again when I come back to Tonbridge, and as an added bonus, The Vauxhall is right next door with excellent food and staff 🙏🏼 They even helped me tie my tie and how to use a pocket square. 🤗

As usual, a great stay. Not been to this hotel before but it was a great location, good value, free parking. Brilliant friendly receptionist and hotel helpfully accommodated my request for a ground floor room.  Also appreciated the flexibility to re-arrange my travel dates even with standard booking. The usual great breakfast! Will stay again!

It was a pleasure to stay in my favourite Tonbridge Hotel again last month.
I was especially impressed with receptionist Alison, who's excellent service was second to none!
I can't wait  to return in January.


Really liked it comfortable and if you don’t drive then you’ll have to walk it there like me n my partner and my boy did and it’s a long walk from the station but all well and good we really enjoyed it anyways.

Pleasant hotel set in a busy setting but once inside you cannot hear the traffic. Excellent friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble to help you and make your stay enjoyable. 
Good restaurant next door again excellent staff. Will stay there again! 

One of the quietest premier inns I've been to.
Considering its close to a main road being set back a bit really makes the difference. Currently sitting in my room writing this and I cannot hear a peep. Bliss.
Might not be the most modern building but rooms are clean and have the very much appreciated usb sockets either side of the bed. A massive plus for me.
However near to nonexistent phone signal in the room so had to entertain myself with just Freeview TV. Are the rooms made of tin foil or a cunning ploy to sign up for their internet which also was a lousy signal 📶
Apart from that little minor issue, a good night's sleep.
Shower was AMAZING red hot and steamy, lovely.
Breakfast was great too.
Also it has a substantial car park so great for all us van drivers 🚚
On the whole a great stay will definitely go back if working in that area again.

Stayed here recently with my partner and the whole stay from start to finish was lovely! The room was clean and the staff were friendly and professional, nothing was too much for any of them! Credit to your company! 

Just back from a lovely stay visiting family.Nice big bed, clean room and lots of tea and coffee on offer. Lucy on reception was superb was nice to actually be greeted by such a friendly team.  Only downside was restaurant was shut but Lucy organised us a table at the Beefeater which we had a fantastic meal at. Will definitely be returning.

Another excellent stay with Premier Inn

Firstly, a big shout out to Lucy on reception! Couldn’t have had a warmer welcome at check in! Quick to help out & resolve issues with key cards too, an asset to your site!! Stayed for two nights over the weekend & our overall experience was very good. Slept soundly & room perfectly equipped for our needs! 

Great stay!

After a warm welcome we found we had a quiet room on the ground floor (room 21).  A positive was the nice big arm chair (two would have been even better!).
Whilst it was the standard Premier Inn fare it felt in need of some TLC. The bathroom showed signs of water/damp damage and the door didn't shut properly. We also found that the condensation didn't readily clear despite the extractor fan. A heated towel rail would have helped.
Like too many hotels the bed wasn't firm enough to prevent rolling into the centre.
A pleasant enough stay but room for improvement.

Modern and clean need a re pating in some places but over all we had a good night sleep and would come back again. Great pub as well wich is located next to the premier inn. Staff were help full to in premier inn. Definitely recommend.
