Stay at this hotel several times, this occasion stayed for 2 nights, steve the hotelier was great and did everything he could to make our stay great. We paid for single rooms but on arrival steve upgraded us to double rooms at no extra cost, he even rung us up on our travel up to Blackpool to pre warn us about a traffic delay on the motorway. On checking in to the hotel steve told us the bar was closed which is understandable for the time of year, so he took us to the bar around the corner to his hotel and bought us a couple of beers each. This is going the extra mile for his guests and was greatly appreciated. Fantastic Breakfast in the morning, with cereal’s and a full English breakfast, plenty of orange juice and coffee. Location of hotel was great for us and managed to go to a comedy club within a short walking distance, plenty of bars and eating places all within a short walking distance. Overall great hotel and steve went that extra mile to make sure we had a great short break Would defo go back again
