This a good clean budget hotel in a Blackpool that is pasts it's best. the lady that runs this hotel is very nice and is eager to please in a difficult location, as most of the other places have closed and are being knocked down. She deserves better.

as I said in my previous review I visit blackool a lot and this time I stayed at the hotel stated above  and I went on Tuesday and met my cousin there when I arrived I was booked in as soon as I got there and because they was quiet this day and because the knew that me and my cousin was related they moved us closer together by upgraded us to rooms that was next to us and all free of charge apart from the cost to book original room she is a lovely lady and very helpful and there was no pressure when it came to leaving the hotel and they are very helpful the only thing I would change is abit of fresh décor inside but apart from that is a fantastic hotel and I would recommend this to any body

My friend and I paid £10 per night each and I was shocked by the quality! So clean, comfy, and welcoming. I had not expected so much for what we paid! 
Well situated  between tower and pleasure beach, easy to find. 

I stayed here with my 3 children and friend who has a son - my husband was supposed to be coming - due to work commitments he was unable too - the booking was changed no problem or question, we were allowed to park round the back free of charge. We stayed for 2 nights - when we arrived we were given a 4 pint carton of milk in the fridge so we could have a drink and a jar of coffee and tea bags. The lady Sharon helped with the suitcases and had time for the children - the bed was comfy and Sharon couldn't do enough for us - work does need doing which is currently ongoing however you can't expect the ritz for the price you pay. We did enjoy being here - some people are to picky!!!

Excellent for price

Good Place in Difficult Times

We went for a cheap weekend in Blackpool and booked this B+B at the last minute. I wish we hadn't! The staff were unwelcoming, and the very room small and very dated. There was no en-suite available, and we had to ask for towels which seemed to be a problem for the staff to supply. Car parking is in a large Home Bargains car park at the rear where some readers might not want to leave their car. Street parking is the alternative, but that is usually full.
On the positive side, it's in a very central location and the Happy Scots Bar opposite did not cause any noise disturbance even though it advertises that it's open until 4am and our room was at the front. I suspect other rooms are rented by the local authority to house people.
