We are a touring band and stayed here, arriving in the early hours after a show. The staff were super friendly, the rooms extremely comfy and clean. Slept like a baby. Breakfast was superb. We stay in premier inns a lot for the comfort and late check out but this one was particularly lovely.

Very good experience. The room was spacious. The location of the hotel excellent for exploring the South Downs. Particularly liked having a McDonald's across the road. The room was clean, though a little tired. Overall we were very pleased.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room and surprisingly quiet.
Well positioned to start your next day on the road with food and drink next door (Pub Restaurant, McD and 24/7 Petrol)
Close to some great locations (Druscillas is ten minutes away). 
The roundabout is very busy coming into and coming out of the services, so avoid peak times unless you like to queue!

The pillows are amazing, the bed super comfy! With helpful friendly staff who were very accommodating to our needs. We would definitely visit this premier inn again!!! And recommend to family and friends too

Stayed 2 nights over the Christmas period as visiting family locally. Lovely stay could not fault anything. Value gorgeous money, comfortable and clean. Will return when visiting family again in Sussex.

Visiting family for Christmas and I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here- the staff were chirpy and very welcoming. I particularly enjoyed seeing the chap with the tattoos (apologies, I didn’t catch his name) engaging in conversation with some of the kids staying in the hotel- same kids we’re actually asking for him when he wasn’t at the desk! 
Nice clean rooms, plenty of parking. Only let down was the restaurant was hit and miss as to when it was open!!!

Have used this hotel for many years, always good value, clean and friendly staff. Even one of the cleaners helped with the baggage which reflects the culture of Premier Inn. There is a wide choice of food at reasonable prices in pleasant surroundings. There is ample parking, even on busy days.

Excellent staff spotless room especially mike on reception very funny made us laugh excellent location for Eastbourne and Hailsham parking on site not a problem first class restaurant for breakfast or dinner

Another enjoyable stay here! Always like coming back here and it never disappoints. Stayed in a few premier inns over the last few weeks travelling around visiting family and this one has the most friendly team!! 
Very clean and comfortable room, and always amazing service. 
The restaurant lets this hotel down as it’s very hit and miss but I won’t mark the hotel down for this. We use an alternative restaurant as you can’t rely on the food quality and opening times

Great location, near my family in Hailsham,  close to Eastbourne. 
Stayed here many times, would recommend it. The staff are all lovely. 
Beds comfy, rooms clean,although carpets could do with cleaning ,quiet at night when I was there.
Breakfast was good,lots of choice . Lovely staff both mornings, especially Anjie,I think that's her name. Jolly personality, friendly and nothing too much trouble ,great asset to company. 
Need to get the evening menu sorted,outrageously expensive for a microwave or shoved in oven offering.  That's why we went elsewhere.

3 or average may be a bit harsh. In truth, we were looked after by friendly staff, slept in a comfortable bed (probably the strongest signature feature of Premier Inns) and had a dinner and (particularly) breakfast which were value for the low prices we paid. Couple of negatives: an odd request on a card in the room to place any recyclable material ‘next to’ the waste paper bin might have been better dealt with by providing an extra bin? The stairs up to our room floor had been incompletely cleaned. Overall, we paid for an unpretentious level of comfort and cuisine, and that was delivered. We would go back.
