Belmont Bed and Breakfast

Not our first at the Belmont with Tony and Anne. Always friendly hosts, the rooms are clean and tidy and the breakfast is excellent. On site parking is a plus too.
Already looking forward to another visit next year. Ideal place for visiting local attractions, Whitby, Moors Railway, Robin Hoods Bay etc.
The local pub just a minute down the road, The Buck Inn, serves good food and a variety of beers.

My friend and I stayed at Belmont BnB while touring the North Yorkshire coast. Every aspect of our stay was excellent. Very welcoming and helpful hosts, beautifully refurbished accommodation and delicious breakfasts. I very much look forward to staying at Belmont BnB again and highly recommend it.

Anthony & Ann were fantastic hosts. Ann did the breakfasts which were wonderful! Local produce & eggs from their own chickens. 
Our room was ‘The Hayloft’ which was spacious, clean & beautifully presented.

We've just returned from a trip to North Yorkshire for the first time and stayed here at the Belmont b&b. It has to be the best b&b we have ever stayed at. Hosts are lovely and welcoming and helpful.  The place is idyllic. It's clean. The food was lovely. Room was well equipped. Nothing was out of place. Will definitely return again next year 

Staying for just two nights we were so pleased to find this charming and exceptionally comfortable place! Absolutely shiny and spotless, full of charm, with great facilities and tasty home cooked food. 
It was very understated yet stylish, and we loved the opportunity to use the garden. The hosts couldn’t do enough and were friendly yet discreet. Will definitely be back! 

The best B&B Guest House we have ever stayed at. Extremely welcoming, spotlessly clean,  excellent home cooked breakfast using locally sourced, quality products, stunning location with a beautiful garden to enjoy, excellent parking, comfy bed and pillows, locally made toiletries in room along with the most delicious homemade lemon shortbread and hot drinks tray . Attention to detail and little touches throughout including reducing waste and using less plastic. It was a pleasure staying with Anne and Tony - thank you for your wonderful hospitality! A lovely warm welcome , immaculately clean room . Beautiful garden to have a wander around or sit with your morning brew . Breakfast was delicious and all local produce .The best scrambled egg I have ever eaten !  An ideal location to base yourself when exploring. Thoroughly recommended and will definitely be booking again . The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in !

This was our second stay at the Belmont. We almost never stay at the same place twice, so that indicates that we particularly like it. Tony and Anne are simply brilliant hosts and made us feel so welcome. It is like staying with the nicest friends.

The location is great for visiting the North Yorkshire Moors and they have a great selection of info about places to visit, walks etc.

Everything is immaculately clean and well organised.

Highly recommended bed and breakfast

We stayed at the Belmont while visiting the moors. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean with a good supply of tea and coffee. Breakfasts were superb with a good range of options. Everything was freshly prepared. The garden was a delight to sit in. Tony and Anne were excellent hosts. I would recommend this b and b to anyone staying in the area.

We stayed here for a week in July 2021. Ann and Tony could not have been better hosts, friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless, the room lovely, the bed really comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting places all over North Yorkshire.

Breakfast each day was held in great anticipation. There was a wide choice of foods and it was all prepared there and then, and was delicious. I think I went through almost every item on the menu in the course of a week! We learned a lot from chatting to our hosts, who were extremely generous with the loan of maps etc to make our holiday even more enjoyable.

This place cannot be faulted. The wearing of masks was requested and we can say that the B&B is fully Covid-secure. Wrelton is a pretty little village with bus connections, and the Belmont is a place we would go back to without the slightest hesitation!

A superb B&B

Gorgeous spacious bedroom and a roll top bath. Very comfortable bed, very quiet and peaceful.  Enjoyed relaxing in the garden after a day out. Tony and Anne are fabulous hosts, and they pay a lot of attention to detail and quality. The breakfast had a good selection of quality local produce, including fresh eggs from their own hens, with a large pot of Yorkshire Tea to complete a delicious breakfast. 
Other lovely touches include homemade jams from a local lady and Anne Wynn Botanical products in the bathroom, again, supporting a local business. 
The village also has a local pub, The Buck Inn which served good food at reasonable prices.
I would highly recommend Belmont B&B, and would  definitely return.

The Belmont was a comfortable, safe place to stay. Tony and Anne were excellent hosts and the breakfast they provided was very plentiful and tasty. There is plenty of parking, a nice garden to sit in and the room had a comfy chair so being a little restricted by the current conditions made no difference to the pleasure of our stay.
