Alexander Residence

We booked all 3 apartments for my husband’s 60th birthday. We often stay in Perth but this was our first time at the Alexander Residence. The apartments are perfectly appointed for the city centre and for exploring the surrounding area. Each apartment is finished to a high standard with some beautiful original features. Barossa on the 1st floor and Ericht on the 2nd floor have large living rooms and kitchens which were ideal for us to gather in for breakfast and dinner. Rose on the top floor is smaller but would accommodate 6 adults comfortably. The apartments were equipped with everything you need to self cater. Barossa and Ericht have a washing machine and dryer (not sure if Rose has as I didn’t check) They all have a Nespresso coffee machine with pods supplied including decaf which was a nice surprise. Tea bags and sugar is also available. Beds are very comfortable. White Company toiletries are available in all of the bathrooms. There are a lot of stairs so anyone with real mobility issues would struggle but my 80 year old+ parents managed the 20 steps to Barossa without any issues. The parking included with the apartment is just around the corner and there is also free street parking from 1800-0800. Communication with Amanda was excellent and she answered my many questions prior to our stay. In summary these apartments are ideal for large parties and for smaller groups. I would recommend them to anyone looking to stay in Perth.
