The hotel was great. Went to visit Oxford with my family and had two family rooms. They managed to put our rooms next to each other. Meal was ok, quite quick and the staff are nice and friendly. The buses are quite accessible too, just a walking distance from the hotel.

Upon arrival after a long journey,  I was a bit wary but the assistant manager Stephanie soon made me feel at home. She was very knowledgeable, welcoming, helpful and friendly. She went above & beyond to make sure my stay was worth every penny. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained.
Pay for parking but was £6 for 48 hours we thought was really good.
Even though on dual carriageway was very quiet inside. Had great nights sleep.
Stayed for two nights to explore Oxford and its lovely river cruise with afternoon tea.
Only faulty cooked breakfast items were just warm on eating. Shame about that. Everything else was excellent.



Caroline checked me in .. really friendly and helpful . Made sure I had everything I needed .. I was really tired after a long business meeting and it was really refreshing to be greeted by such a bright cheerful young lady .. well done Caroline you’re a credit to Travel lodge Oxford 

Maria was super helpful and friendly! Was so nice to be treated by a friendly face. This travel lodge is in a great location, easy access to the park and ride for ease in and out of the city centre. Will defo return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kieren was fantastic with his customer service and really looked after us  he sorted our rooms out and was very efficient and friendly.  He looked after our group.  He went out his way and was top class     thank you

Kyron was absolutely brilliant and a very friendly face to see at check in. The hotel was very accommodating. Convenient carpark right outside the hotel. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again .

Clean room, pleasant staff. Laura and the team went out of there way to help us with anything we needed. There was a slight mix up with the rooms upon arrival, which delayed check in. Laura sat us at the bar and fixed us a drink whilst she sorted the issue. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

The room was clean throughout and staff was friendly and helpful. It was good that I could take my dog with us.The hotel is in easy reach of Oxford and can be easily accessed by the nearest bus station.

The check-in was easy, staff friendly.  The room was clean and comfortable but the pillows too hard for me . The breakfast on the first day was good but on the second not so . No fruit salad ,no plates! The bacon was too hard to eat . Joe works so hard to keep the kitchen and dining room working well . But he's on his own doing it all ! The bus stop is close by so this hotel works for the money .

Maria Delgado booked us in and was so lovely.we left this morning after a 3 day mum and daughter easter trip! She complimented my daughter on her nails and was so so chatty and friendly! Makes a difference having a smiley friendly check in experience! She deserves a promotion! Excellent customer service!

Oxford getaway

Very good travellodge, pleasant stay, was clean and quite, good breakfast. Very reasonably priced, staff were very helpful and polite.
Not too far from the town centre, around a 30 minute walk or you can jump on a bus. 
Would recommend staying here.

Good Lodgings!

Top notch

Hotel is well located with excellent public transport links to the city centre. Hotel was clean and tidy, although a stray sock was found in our room (not reported). Breakfast was ample. Parking is provided by a third party and was easy to use.

Theatre visit 

Excellent stay. All the staff, including Maria at check in, were very helpful and friendly throughout the weekend. Will happily return.

The rooms are very comfortable and have all you need, while the parking was straightforward.
