One of Oxford's hidden gems. A must for nature lovers as the parkland is beautiful. We saw deer, woodpeckers and lots n lots of bunnies. A stunning location just ignore the A34. Couldn't hear the road when we closed the window. Perfect, private, convient location, helpful staff, best breakfast in the shire. We've been three times and can't wait to visit again. It's our happy place. I am a keen amateur photographer and nature lover so this place is heaven to me.

The b&b annexe in the grounds of the Oxford University Saiid Business School is a really good location to visit the city of Oxford. The rooms are situated in the wooded grounds of the campus and are modern and comfortable. They are very clean and warm with minimalist decor. Breakfast is substantial and of good quality. There is a gym and sauna available should you wish to use them. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Don't worry about taking your car and parking in Oxford because the is a bus stop right outside the campus and the No 35 bus runs frequently into the centre of the city (15 min journey).

Will definitely use this accommodation when visiting Oxford again.

Conveniently situated close to Redbridge Park and Ride, the accommodation, although a bit on the small side is worth considering for a short stay. The coffee/tea making facility in the room includes a generous and varied selection of biscuits and nibbles. Breakfast choices of cereals, the usual hot selection of eggs, bacon etc is very welcome. Fresh fruit and fruit-juices, yoghurts and a coffee machine all make it possible to have a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day. The only down side is that the rooms are a tad hot and not obvious as to where the heat is coming from.

Stayed just the one night but overall experience could not be bettered - not the Ritz but we didn't pay Ritz prices. Great value for money as room was spotless, staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast everything you could ask for. Definitely first choice when next visiting Oxford.

Honestly don't know where to begin; everything was fantastic!

Everywhere was spotless, all the staff we spoke to were very friendly and I'd emailed ahead several times with queries, and every reply was extremely helpful. 
On your key fob is a small token for gaining access to the building at night, although there is a 24 hour reception.

My room (red 66) had everything I could possibly need; loads of toiletries, bathrobe & slippers, plenty of towels, lots of electric sockets, enough clothes hangers and storage drawers, a back-lit bathroom mirror, a flatscreen tv and a wide range of teas, coffees and delicious snacks just waiting there for me on arrival (which were topped up each day). The bottled water in the fridge was a nice surprise (both sparkling and still water). The room was a little warm on arrival but a fan is provided and it soon cooled down.

An ironing board and hair dryer were also provided as was a safe. There's a large alarm clock next to the bed and plenty of lighting options.

My room overlooked the lovely pond and the entire grounds looked wonderfully green.

Wifi (the cloud) is free and easy to access at all times.
If you are a student or staff member of another university who uses eduroam you can also connect to free wifi that way.

I had plenty of pillows on my double bed but I did find the mattress a little firm, however a quick word on reception en route to breakfast and a mattress topper was placed on my bed later that day. Perfect!It was very quiet at night.

The breakfast was exceptional for a B&B: cereals, yoghurts, fruit as well as cooked options (the hash browns and mushrooms were delicious). Teas, coffees, juices and water were also available and staff were really polite.

Getting into Oxford you walk through the car park to the main road and get the 35 bus (same side of the road). Buses are cheap and regular (they drop off right opposite on the way back).

To get to Blenheim would require a 35 into town and then another bus to the palace, but we decided to try Uber - which was unsuccessful. We then rang 001 Oxford Taxis who were there within 2 minutes, and while it did cost approximately £27 it got us there just as the gardens were opening. (We caught a bus back to town from Woodstock and then the 35 back to Egrove Park).

I'd happily recommend Egrove Park to anyone wanting to visit Oxford, especially drivers as there's lots of car parking space.

Good location with ample on site parking and within walking distance of Redbridge park and ride which will get you into the main city area for £2.60 return. The reception staff were lovely and the gentleman on overnight especially so with my food order and making sure that I was okay. The breakfast staff were very pleasant and attentive. 

Rooms are well appointed and I had complementary toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion - along with complementary travel kit things - toothbrush and toothpaste, manicure set, shower cap, sewing kit. Teas and coffee were an excellent selection with lovely biscuits and flapjacks. 

The room also had a minifridge which was a fantastic idea - ample still and spring water is available and microwaving facilities are around the site. There's a self service honesty bar and access to the school's computers and gym facilities. 

The hotel itself is good enough, but it is located slightly far from the main University campus. Buses run every 15 minutes to get to the university, but if you prefer to walk, it is a good 40-45 minute walk.

I had searched high and low for reasonably priced accommodation as a surprise for my partners birthday. Decided to book based on reviews but on arrival it didnt quite look like I had anticipated. You check in at the oxford business school more of a conference centre than a b and b reception. We were dealt with very efficiently and directed to the annexe in another area of the grounds (which are lovely). We found our accomodation which I would best describe as like student accommodation. Small but perfectly organised. Brick walls painted white make it look a bit tatty. Lovely touches like a well loaded drinks and snack tray and fridge with water. Sewing kit in cupboard, ironing board, shampoo and shower gel etc. We were very comfortable. Accomodation very clean. Very peaceful. Breakfast back in main business school building which was pleasant with a full English and cold buffet on offer included in the price. Great location for the city. We walked in and returned on the bus stopping right outside the drive. Very convenient transport links to city. Would recommend but for business rather than a couples rare child free night away.

Stayed for one night when travelling back up from the south coast. The bloke on reception was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were all pleasant. The price was fair for Oxford. Rooms were large and clean. Tea and coffee making, along with a selection of snacks. Ample parking on site. It is approx 30 mins walk to the centre. You can get the bus directly outside which only takes about 7 mins. It was certainly the poshest bus I've ever been on! Would definitely stay again. 

I had a two night stay over a weekend in this student accommodation about 2 miles from Oxford city centre. The accommodation is in a business school, with lovely peaceful grounds, and the best room refreshments I’ve ever had (nuts, olives, fresh coffee)! Check in was quick - an information sheet with the rules of the accommodation was given to me which stated a check out 1 hour earlier than advertised on the booking website (there’s a £200 fine if you check out late). The room had plenty of space, was fully equipped and clean – and the sleep quality was great as the area is so peaceful. The shower was either too cold or too hot but the bathroom was a good size and there were lovely toiletries. There's a small supermarket about 10 minutes walk away for essentials, and a good chip shop about 20 minutes walk away, but you need to go into the city centre for more shopping and food options. There is a bus stop directly outside the main entrance, but if you walk for 5-6 minutes to the main road there is a choice of 4 or 5 different buses into the city – I walked it a few times, it takes about 45 minutes.
