We were greeted by a lovely young guy called Chris he couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly he was there for your every need, he went above and beyond our expectations! The guessed house was clean and tidy cosy bed and lovely hot shower. Perfect place for our 3 night stay. I’d highly recommend this place for your stay in Oban with a 5 minute walk your in town, perfect!

brilliant one night stay. a lovely welcome, superb local information given about where to eat and drink. we took the advice and had a great night out in town. A great night sleep in a compact, cosy and warm room, we needed for nothing, check out was also a delight, thank you we will be back

We spent one night in the B&B and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was very good and George was a great host. Parking is a bit of a problem but there a car park at the end of the road.  We would go there again.

We stayed there only for one night but we really liked it. 
Owner was really really nice, he showed us everything. The room is fully equipped with all little details and things one can need. Everything was clean and nice. 
We had to depart at 6:00 in the morning, the owners prepared the packed breakfasts for us - thank you for that, very kind of you!!
Regarding the parking - we parked on a bigger nearby parking. It was Saturday so we did pay just 2.00GBP or something like this. 
As it is a small town, I recoomend everyone to book restaurants in advance especially if you are coming for one night and you want to go to a seafood place!

Fantastic bed and breakfast.George the owner showed us a map of oban showing us the best places to go.our room was on top floor with a sea view.only drawback was the stairs as spiral.lovely room tea and coffee facilities.and bottled water.hairdryer in the rooms.breakfast was continental a great choice tea toast and eggs scrambled boiled or fryed.great value for your money.highly recommended this was a 3 night stay.

Very easy check in with a lovely host Room 2 at the front of the building not huge but had everything you needed hairdryer toiletries and excellent tea tray with goodies It was warm during our stay so we had the windows open and the traffic noise from the road outside is fairly non stop so bear that in mind if you're a light sleeper 

Went with my partner for a birthday break & George was very chatty & helpful. Room had everything we required, very homely and bed was so comfy. A solution couldn’t be found for us to leave our luggage on the day we were leaving as had several hours to fill before boat - fully booked and owners were out for the day - but George did offer some alternative options to try. Would have been good to have just left them at the residence somewhere.

Centre of the city with a parking (paid) in the vicinity. Easy access to everything with in walking distance. Rooms are clean.
Despite the double glazing, traffic noise can be heard, especially early in the morning.

We ended up booking last minute because we'd seen some nightmare reviews for the place we were meant to be staying. We were lucky enough to get the best room which was comfy and cosy and the service we received was great! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere to stay for a few nights.

We were very comfortable here at Lagganbeg Guest house for two nights. George was very welcoming and gave us plenty recommendations of things to do during our time in Oban. We went to Markie Dans (pub) and Ee-usk (such good seafood!) which he recommended and had a great time. The artwork in the room was gorgeous - all painted by his daughter! Extremely comfy bed, I slept like a log. Very friendly family feel to the place, would highly recommend. Only thing was didn't have a lot of milk and tea in the room but then again we probably drink an unhealthy amount!!
