A lovely warm welcome from staff. There was always someone on reception which was nice and they always greeted us when we came in or left. Room was clean and as expected. Most disappointing bit was breakfast due to minimal staffing in the restaurant. Plus one of the staff was miserable and not very helpful. I really felt for one member of staff that looked like she was trying to do it all single-handedly. She was rushing around so much its an accident waiting to happen or she will burn out.

Premier Inn is my usual go-to for a stop over. A reliable service, parking, quiet rooms, blackout curtains, comfortable bed and decent shower. Breakfast available (though not included in the price). Receptionists are usually very friendly.  

From Arriving on Thursday 7th Feb first class service, both from the Hotel Staff and The Restaurant, Particulary Maggie and a Lady today at Breakfast  who's name i have forgotten, i know she works part time, and is passed retirement age, she is a Born Leader,  her name is Sue, (i also used to work in Hospitality, so you learn to spot Great Staff )and a young Blonde Girl 10/10 Great Value for money, my only criticism was the skin on fries were cold and not crispy, i felt they had been warmed up in the Microwave, i sent them back @

Very clean room, very comfortable bed, white crisp sheets & duvet, shower is amazing, staff very  friendly and polite, would definately recommend this Premier Inn. Thankyou Surria for a professionally  cleaned room 10/10

Stay in hotels a lot this one tops the list for comfort and staff friendliness.

The reception was warm and inviting and the staff were amazing..very helpful. 

Room was clean and unlike a lot of hotels the corridors were clean an fresh looking. We really couldn't fault anything about our stay and would recommend this hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfy it was difficult to get out of. Breakfast was very. The breakfast staff were very welcoming and the quality and selection was very good.

The check in process and checkout process were good and the reception team were enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Definitely stay again

Had a lovely stay in Norwich the staff were friendly and very helpful the room was clean and tidy I have already recommended this hotel for my friends and family and when I next stay in Norwich I will be booking here 

The staff was very friendly, our room was clean, and checking in was effortless! We felt welcome and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. The Brewers Fayre restaurant close-by is also excellent.

Enjoyed my stay and the staff couldn’t be more friendly from jo on the reception desk to the staff in the restaurant next door . Room was clean and was given extra tea bags when asked . Will definitely book again 

Hotel is easy to find.  It has good facilities nearby, as well as road connections and bus routes.  Free car parking was an added bonus, along with (slightly temperamental) WiFi.  Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

Hotel friendly but adjoining restaurant needs staff.

The premier Inn at Norwich Airport is nice and clean and the staff are friendly it’s a great stop over for a very good price 
Unfortunately the restaurant next door was not that great I would not recommend anyone bothering to use it 
We had paid for breakfast the  next morning as part of the price of our room as we have done in the past and that had always been good , so we decided as we were there as a family with young children to try it out in the evening 
It was awful , the size of the portions the quality of the food and the way it was cooked terrible, and in the morning the buffet breakfast wasn’t much better cold and greasy 
I suggest you go elsewhere

Family stop over

I recently stayed on a Norfolk travel trip, It is ideal as an overnight base . The location was great & easy to get to from North Norfolk & the to get out to get further down the east coast the next day. The lady on reception was absolutely wonderful & cheerful & very welcoming. The room was comfortable & clean. The hotel was quiet & after a long day outdoors a good sleep was welcomed. 
Great value & recommended if you are exploring Norfolk as there is great road access.

Nice place, quiet, despite the busy road and the airport. 
Will book disability next time, to avoid the stairs, the long walk and the bath. 
Excellent that brewers fayre was next door for breakfast. 
Car park area being shared road could be an issue, it's quite narrow.

The room was perfect for an overnight stay ready for an early flight the next morning. All staff were friendly and helpful.
It looks a little dated on the outside. 

Wouldn't use the brewers fayre next door again, as staff weren't very friendly and food was mediocre.
