been here a good few times now and can't recommend this little pub enough. The owner is so lovely and catering and super welcoming. We were a group of 10 and sat through the back and felt like we had or own little private area. There is a pool table as well as jukebox you can play any song you like- free after 5pm. Lovely women who owns pub said they had no chef but if anyone wanted chips and cheese she would make us it and only charged us £2.50 for big massive bowl- fair to say we ate a whole lot of chips and cheese on our weekend away in Moffat. Bar was clean and drinks super cheap. Definitely would say this is the most welcoming and best little pub in Moffat
