Stayed in July 2019. Absolutely wonderful. Could not fault anything, Upon arrival Jo was so lovely and welcoming. Breakfasts cooked to order in the mornings and also a lovely section of cereals, homemade jams and other things. The breakfast room is great in that you can look out to the patio and the pond with all the wildlife outside. Everything is impeccable, more than you can ask for. Homemade cake and tea upon arrival and daily cake left for the rooms. Absolutely lovely. Stayed in Magnolia room which was huge along with a massive bathroom and massive walk in shower. Loved it so much we stayed on an extra night not wanting to leave even then. B&B is up a narrow lane off of a main road but easy to find. Explore Exmoor and North Devon easily from the B&B.
