We stayed here for 2 nights, found the staff to be very good, room was very clean and had everything we required. The restaurant had a very good selection on the menu. The nearby car park around the corner in pound lane was very reasonable at£6.10 for 24 hours, would not hesitate to stay here again

This is not a typical Premier Inn - it's above a pub with a small number of rooms, creaky floors and a proper bathroom - it has the character Premier Inns usually lack. And right next to the bridge over the Thames - perfect.

Had a great stay here for a few nights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, extra pillows available, plenty of hot water. Good breakfast with hot food made to order. Would definitely choose to come here again. Thank you.

A friend and I usually go to the hotel to have breakfast and a catch up at least once a month and have done for about a year now.  We have never had a bad experience and highly recommend the cooked breakfast if you are in the area.  The staff have always been friendly and efficient, Charlotte in particular who served us this time.  She is a credit to the business, always smiling and upbeat.  

We had a good stay, with it starting well at check in with Laura upgrading our room on hearing that it was our anniversary. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed and we got a great nights sleep. The room rate was also reasonable given the location.

We booked a family room for us and our two teenage children. Perfect layout and plenty of pillows and towels etc. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well due to the quiet location. The hotel only has 18 rooms so is quiet because of that too.

We had dinner at the hotel. Great menu, very reasonably priced and meals all arrived very quickly and were delicious. Restaurant didn’t have many people in it which surprised us. Breakfast was as we’d hoped…great selection and staff on hand to get anything we needed. 

Great location, great quality, great price. 

What a fabulous place to stay with amazingly helpful staff.  We loved our 2 nights and couldn't have asked for me.  It does what it says on the tin but with the added pleasure of great staff.   My mobility isnt great and they moved the rooms around to help which cant have been easy as i think they were full.

Great hotel in the beautiful town of Marlow.  Ideally situated to explore the town.  Very clean hotel, with a nice pub below.  
The menu for the pub looked great, but we were eating at the Hand & Flowers - so only had a drink & breakfast. 

Nice little hotel perfectly located in Marlow centre. Hotel Property is an old building but clean rooms and beddings were comfortable for our short stay meeting friends during Christmas town was nicely lit for Christmas ! 

This has to be the best situated, best value accommodation in the beautiful town of Marlow. We've stayed in more expensive accommodation here but always get a good night's sleep in the Premier Inn. It's quirky as they've jammed premier inn styling into a very old building but it's clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking in nearby pound lane is only £6 a day so plenty of money left over for food and drink. Great staff made our stay a real pleasure, we'll be back.

Overnight stay bank holiday Sunday/Monday for a family celebration, hotel is in a good position at the end of the high street and close to the Thames pathway.
As some other reviews state, the building is definitely in need of redecoration inside and out , however you get what you always do with Premier inns- a large comfortable bed/pillows, clean bathroom/fluffy towels / toiletries and their standard furniture, albeit in smaller rooms than you might expect ,but inevitable in a very old building. 
Premier Inns should consider updating this hotel, as it’s in a great spot in an expensive area, and the decor lets it down. 
Same cannot be said for the staff, who are all great ,special shout out for Syed, who was very calm and helpful when confronted in Reception with 6 of us in a hurry to check into 4 rooms over a busy weekend.Thank you !
NB Premier Inns … sort out the paintwork ,carpets and windows to bring it up to the standard of your other hotels .

Great sleep guaranteed

Entrance & public areas needed a fair bit of maintenance but the welcome & friendliness from the lads on reception duty more than made up for it. A bonus was that we were able to park directly outside until 10.00am on the following morning; thanks to very good advice offered by the receptionist. Because we'd parked after 1600 hours it meant that there was no 2 hour parking restriction.   A lovely second stay here, thank you.

Had a lovely stay,just one night all was fine with the premier Inn but we got a disturbed night sleep to the noise coming from the white burger van parked across the road . Very load talking so irritating.We did say something to reception but they can't do anything about it .
