RMA Accommodation - Hostel

The most affordable place we found to stay in London. Very friendly and helpful staff (the manager kept going out of his way to help us and we were extremely grateful) who kept the place clean and running smoothly. We also booked a double room for the two of us for the same price as a 6 bed room in another hostel--we were expecting it to be run down at that price, but it was the nicest hostel we stayed at our entire trip. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Other guests were mostly there on business or for school, and the age demographic was older than your average hostel. This also meant it was quiet most of the time--no late-night party people waking you up in the morning's early hours. It is located on a major road, so there are traffic noises through the night, and sirens. The curtains are also thin so if you don't like waking up early because of sunlight, bring a sleeping mask with your earplugs. But inside the hostel itself, very quiet and comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were clean and had most things you would need. A grocery store is conveniently right across the street too. Towels are provided upon request. Getting into the heart of the city is easy: a Tube station is just down the road and takes you directly there in about 20 minutes. A bus station is also right outside and runs regularly day and night. Great location and great hostel. No regrets about our stay there and would definitely stay there again.
