CityStay Hotel

I have used this hotel on 8 different occasions between 2019 and 2025. Purpose? Business in Bow area of London. I have also reviewed it a few times, but as I will not be going again here is the lowdown as it does seem this place gets an unfair rap. Price, location. Not many hotels in London for starting price of 60 quid a night (2025). Location...within 5 minutes of Bow Road tube or LDR stations. For all night London fun at weekends, nearby Mile end serves. Again, the price. It depends on what you want and luck of the draw but lowest gets you a single with private bathroom. Totally do not agree based on what I have that rooms are dirty. The furniture is not the most up to date yeah, but beds, carpets and rooms are clean. No cigarette smoke either. The house is massive and has various rooms. There is a courtyard for smoking or just to chill as well, its nice actually! All rooms have TV with totally all the British cable channels. It is good value. Wi fi as well. Management is cool. Just be nice on arrival to be accepted with no bother. Best thing though is there is a public kitchen in the basement that is excellent and free to use. It will save you money on eating out and is well looked after by the cleaners. Trust my reviews. If traveling to London, as tourist or just on business, Hotel City Stay does the job. 🙏🏻
