I stayed there this weekend with my family, and it was truly exceptional. The service was top-notch. My niece and nephew received an activity book that included a treasure hunt map, and upon completion, they received a gift, which they found enjoyable. All the staff were friendly and went above and beyond for the children. The room was very spacious, with heated floors, and everything was perfectly arranged; the view was stunning since our suite was on the 16th floor. It was my niece's 9th birthday, and they kindly brought her a small treat later in the day, which was very considerate. As for breakfast, it was decent; however, as a vegan, I noticed the buffet lacked variety. It would be nice to have some vegan pastries and Asian vegetable options. That said, they did offer a full vegan English breakfast, which was satisfactory but not extraordinary. The gym and wellness centre is A1. The location is convenient, not far from London Bridge, making it a great area to explore. Overall, this hotel ranks among my top three choices.
