clean nice room kind of small for two people more like for one person great shower and a small kitchenette great service but I find it small for two people great area close to underground easy access elevator

Clean and comfy ..bit noisey due to neighbours slaming doors but staff friendly...easy to get around  handy to transport....looking to go back again later this year prices are fair ! Please don`t buy theatre tickets from man around the corner he is a rip off but that has nothing to do with this place

We stayed a week at MStay 39 Studios on Queensborough Terrace, during the middle of September 2017.

Having stayed the last two autumns in the Chelsea area, we found this location more efficient for travel and within walking distance to many key sites. 

The MStay Studios are only about 200m from Bayswater and multiple (frequent) bus routes, there are also 3 tube stations within 2 blocks.

The hotel itself was extremely clean and very modern. We were on the fourth floor at the front, and the elevator was quick and quiet.  

Our room was small, but this is London, get used to it!  However, everything was very efficient and after a day, you get used to the limited space. The kitchen area was well designed and everything was modern.  Excellently designed washroom and shower, loved the towel warming rack!

There are lots of shops, eats and grocery stores the next corner up; there appeared to be a lot of hotels and inns in this area, but it was quite peaceful, we had no problem sleeping and felt safe walking back after a late show. 

The staff at MStay 39 was very professional and helpful, always pleasant to speak with and get help with directions or anything we needed; in particular 'Lamine' was very helpful! 

We have recommended MStay 39 to friends and would certainly stay there again!

We stayed in Mstay39 in November 17, in a ground floor room. The room is small but has everything you need. They make great use of the space. The bed is very comfortable, the shower was excellent, Netflix on the TV was a great idea, kitchenette is handy and the room is clean, all in a good location. Slippers, small toiletries, tea & coffee provided. It is within walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants, 2 tube stations and to Hyde Park. If it is a base you are looking for when visiting then this is perfect, I would recommend. The staff were friendly, the place was quiet and I found the building easy to find using google maps from the tube station.

Just to mention again It is a small room so for two sharing who do not mind being in close quarters then it is ideal. The bathroom has a frosted glass wall, this may make it uncomfortable for some.

I must say the location is amazing. So close to the Queensway station. You have Hyde Park and Oxford Street just round the corner. I would recommend it for tourists who would like to be in the center of London.
Great service, lovely receptionist who was very helpful and keen to answer any questions. The rooms are slightly smaller than expected- but still clean and nice.
The only downside was that we got the room ' B03 ' which was on the basement right next to the staff rooms and the main door to our room was always blocked by towel bags so we had to kick them out the way to get in. Lucky we only stayed for one night as I could imagine this getting irritating if staying longer.
Overall great value for money, I would recommend - just maybe not ' B03 ' room.

The good:
The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. I slept well. Near Hyde park and two different underground stops.

The bad:
We found several suspect hairs on the clean sheets. The floors were dirty we think that is why the hotel provided slippers. There was construction going on next door at night. The construction sound and cigarette smoke was a bother. 

Bottom line: I would not stay there again.
