Draycotts of Chelsea

We were really worried after reading other reviews but were very happily surprised by what we found. We were a group of 5 ladies in the family suite with patio in the basement (apt 7). The room was very big and could have in fact slept 6 people. Lovely bedding all very clean, a massive TV, the kitchenette was excellent with a full cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. Lovely big bathroom with shower with plenty of hot water. Yes there were bits that weren't perfect such as marks on the ceiling where there had been a leak, 4 forks rather than enough for 5, no welcome packs but you get what you paid for. We paid about £380 for 2 night between 5 of us in Chelsea. Communication from Kaz was excellent - any queries he had i contacted him by phone and he replied straight away. The location was great, just 2 mins walk from Kings Road with all the shops and then about a 5 mins walk to Sloan Square tube station. We would return!
