If you are looking to visit London, consider the Hilton group. I stayed at the Olympia in Kensington high street for two nights. I felt at ease straight away when I rang a few times and asked about my needs for a quiet room for two nights during carnival, the receptionists at this hotel were very considerate. After a few days I decided I will book and joined Hilton Honours for free. I was able to get a very good rate for room and breakfast. The room was premuim , spacious, clean and bright. The adjoining private bathroom had a very large sink section and was also very clean. The housekeepers were really generous and professional. Breakfast restaurant was really nicely done up on the first floor with nice windows that let in a lot of light. The buffett very varied and inviting. The staff were fresh and energetic which gives a nice start to the day. The Receptionist staff were really very attentive to customers. I would recommend this hotel for tourists and people on business as it is centrally located with buses going in all directions a one minute walk from the hotel. I was really moved by how well the hotel is managed where all members of staff I encountered totally dedicated to their jobs and customer service.
