Me and my partner stayed at The Nayland Hotel when we were going to BST Hyde Park. It is local to many restaurants and cafes and Paddington station no more than ten minutes away. When we first arrived we were two hours early for check in and they allowed my partner to leave her wheelchair in reception which is manned all the time. When we returned to check in, they were very friendly and told us that we could leave the wheelchair downstairs permanently as there wasn’t a lot of room in the rooms. We were given a voucher for complimentary breakfast in the morning which was surprisingly good as I never expect much from budget hotel breakfasts. There were around 7 cereals, toast and tea/coffee brought to the table, cake which was fresh and also croissants and other bread options amongst other things. The room itself was clean and the bathroom came with complimentary shampoo and soap. Plenty of towels and toilet roll. In the foyer they had free tea and coffee and biscuits. All the staff we saw during our stay were friendly and helpful including one member of staff who helped fix my partners wheelchair when he saw we were struggling. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
