This was the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel (after 11 years!), and once again, this hotel did not disappoint! I worked in customer service my entire career, and when I write that the staff is absolutely excellent,and exceeded all expectations, it is high praise indeed! They truly came to our rescue when my brother had a medical issue that required immediate attention to his leg and toe. They located a doctor close by, contacted him immediately, and helped us to see him the same day. More importantly, they showed empathy and concern on our situation, which made us feel important and welcomed.No task was too big or impossible for them to assist us. Special thanks especially to Enrique, the concierge, who truly was wonderful! Besides all of that, the breakfast room downstairs was very plentiful and filled with just about all kinds of food. And finally, the hotel is located very close by to the big museums and places, so a short walk away to attractions. The Queens Gate Hotel is highly recommended!!
