Was given a “Buy a gift” voucher for an over night stay somewhere as a gift and wanted to visit Liverpool so we booked here. Easy to get to, ample free parking (need to register at reception). Room was very spacious and clean . The bed was a super king size and incredibly comfortable. Pillow lovely. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and further supplies from reception if required. Roz who was on reception both the afternoon we arrived and the morning after was lovely - very helpful, informative and cheerful, made you feel relaxed and in good hands straight away. David who was in the restaurant ( we had the buffet breakfast in the morning which was delicious) was just the same, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you
