Warm cosy stay in this beautiful dales village 
The B&B was very nice and we were free to come and go  despite appalling weather we were made very welcome 
Jane and Phillip very helpful re walks and local tourism 
Great home cooked breakfast

Just returned from a lovely break at this treasure of a bed and breakfast. Perfect location, great hosts with fantastic knowledge, excellent cleanliness and lovely rooms. Queens Arm pub across the road with great food ( need to book).

Our recent stay at Park Bottom B&B in the tiny hamlet of Litton was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, Jayne, our host made us feel very welcome. On arrival, tea/coffee and homemade cake was offered to us on the patio overlooking the beautiful Littondale hills. Our room was spotlessly clean, cleaned each day of our stay and very COVID safe. Jayne and Philip had made sure all measures were in place to make sure all guests felt safe. 

Little touches like fresh milk and bite size homemade cake was left in our room every day. The breakfast cooked by Philip was great and very tasty. Homemade jams/ marmalade and fudge was also available to buy which we bought for family back at home. 

The B&B is located in the heart of Litton with a fantastic pub just 100 metres down the road serving wonderful meals and refreshing ales. There are walks a plenty right from the doorstep of the B&B with Jayne providing laminated walking/hiking maps for each guest. We would love to return to the Dales at some point soon and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Park Bottom again. We totally fell in love with the area. Thank you.

This was a lovely stay jane was very friendly and rooms was absolutely amazing, lovely and very clean  social distancing was brilliant and I would definitely recommend to anybody to stay here we had a very nice weekend 

We stayed at Park Bottom for 3 nights and it was perfect. The location is absolutely stunning, literally picture postcard in every direction you look. The peace and tranquility was just what we needed. Sadly, neither of us are able to do the walking we once did, Mum due to age and me due to ill health, but that made no difference to us as we found lovely short walks close to and had a great day out in Skipton. We recieved such a warm welcome, not to mention yummy coffee and cake when we arrived. Jane and Phil have made their B&B totally Covid-19 secure and we felt safe for the duration of our stay. The breakfast set us up for the day with excellent local produce; make sure you try the bacon, its delicious. 
We would definitely stay again and most certainly recommend to others. Thank you so very much, just what we needed. 

From the very start, we knew that this B&B was going to be special. Jane took the time and trouble to contact us before our stay to ensure that all the correct arrangements were in place.  On arrival we were greeted with delicious homemade cake and fresh coffee.  Jane and Philip had given a great deal of consideration and thought to the Covid arrangements and these were outstandingly good and we felt very safe indeed.  We had a comfortable bedroom with our own private sitting room and delightful sunny patio.  On both days we had fantastic breakfasts - all freshly cooked and featuring many home-made items such as bread, bagels, baked beans, rosti, damson jam and marmalade.  A selection of excellent walks were provided and these can only be described as breathtaking!  The house is welcoming, comfortable and spotlessly clean.  We would highly recommend this wonderful place! Oh...and the family dog Ronnie is so cute!

We've just returned from a weekend stay at park bottom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it was lovely and clean and the arrangements that jane had made kept us feeling safe. The location is perfect and great for a base if your going out walking. There are lots of routes to chose from which you can find here at the B&B. Breakfast and Jane's treats were delicious. 
The queens arms is a very short distance away which was perfect for us after walking most of the day we didn't want to go far. 
We will definitely be returning to park bottom. Thank you for making us feel welcome. 

We have just enjoyed a fantastic weekend in the Yorkshire Dales.
We stayed at Park Bottom B&B in Litton, a fabulous welcoming property and hosts in a truly magnificent setting with amazing views.

The house, including guest room and en suite bathroom, dining room and lounge were immaculate.

A very warm welcome from Philip and Jane, great hosts with excellent local knowledge of the area.

We were fortunate enough to also meet Ronnie, the host’s beautiful Border Collie on request. 

The quality and choice of breakfast was also exceptional.

We will most certainly be returning for another visit.
The fact that there was no mobile phone signal only added to the perfect get away from it all weekend experience.

The Queen’s Arms pub, just across from the B&B is also well worth a visit, great food and real ales.

We are just home from a pretty wet weekend in Litton but the weather did not spoil our stay and that was due to the fact that we were staying in lovely warm and cosy Park Bottom! Spotlessly clean, great breakfast and lovely homemade nibbles from Jane on our tea tray made for a lovely stay. She even arranged for my husband to watch the Rugby semi final at the local pub at 9am one morning! Thanks so much Jane for your kindness. We hope to be back.

Lovely B&B.

Park Bottom is a delightful B&B in the beautiful village of Litton. The accommodation is warm, comfortable, spotlessly clean with a really comfortable bed. Little home made extra treats are left in the room each day by Jane. The room had a great tray of decent teabags and coffee with mugs instead of cups which was a bonus - great to make a warm drink after a days walking.
This is a superb base for walking in this unspoilt part of the Dales with many walks directly from the doorstep. Helpful laminated guides are available together with maps.
The breakfast was really good and had plenty of choice.
Added to that Jane and Phil offered to book tables at the local pub for evening meals and you can appreciate they do that little bit more for people staying with them. We were welcomed by a pot of coffee and home made cake - what a start!
What more can you ask for? Quality accommodation in a beautiful location within reach of a fantastic inn.
Also, Janes offers home made jam and marmalade - wow! 
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, the walking and the area. Would we return - absolutely.

In a quiet and picturesque setting, Park Bottom is a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It is ideally placed for walks in the magnificent countryside as well as tasty meals in the local pub, the Queen's Arms.
The hosts are really welcoming and provide a delicious breakfast with home-made touches. They are also photographers so there are a wealth of postcards, prints and calendars to purchase.
