The service was friendly and efficient, the room and hotel were clean, the bed was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep.  The stay was good value for money and the food was excellent quality - better than expected!

Checked in to the hotel and from the moment I walked into the hotel until I checked out 2 days later I was greeted and welcomed, The staff was friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was lovely and helped me locate my room. The following morning I needed fresh towels bin empty and cups, I spotted a housekeeper outside a room and stopped and ask for the items. She was so helpful and offered to bring them to my room. She also collected the dirty towels and cups from my room. She was lovely and chatty asking me how my first night was and any plans I had that day, her name was Vicky so a big thank you to her.It’s the little things that can make a persons day better even something as small as a chat. Will be back again next year.

A lovely peaceful stay. Beds were very comfortable and the hotel was so peaceful. We checked in and was greeted with a lovely lady on the reception desk called Cassie, she welcomed us with a smile and a welcome also gave us all the information we needed about the restaurant next door .A big thank you to Kelly on the housekeeping team, she helped us with our luggage when she saw us struggling and was very polite and helpful. Will definitely be back again.

We had a short stay in at the hotel over the weekend. We had an amazing time at the. the room was fantastic, clean and spacious.  the staff were great. The pub next door has delicious food. Can’t wait to go again. Special thanks to Lucy who made our stay even better

Absolutely no negatives. It met our needs perfectly. 
Plenty of free parking, friendly, helpful receptionist,
Immaculate rooms/ensuites, comfy beds, and help yourself to extra tea/coffee etc in reception to top up supply in room.
We added the breakfast to our booking which is served in The Roundstone pub on site (reviewed separately)
Breakfast was hot, plentiful & delicious. Set us all up for the drive home. 
Would highly recommend and will definitely book for future family visits.

This hotel was situated between Littlehampton and Arubdal so ideal for exploring both. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and bed really comfy. The pub next door is perfect for dining with an extensive menu. Both hotel and pub are very affordable. Highly recommended 

i have stayed in many premier inns across the country and met lots of staff. For me, this one really stands out for how helpful the staff are. Lucy, in particular, needs a mention. I have been staying here now for the last 6 weeks, and every time i arrive, Lucy is there as a very welcome face. I couldn't gain access to the room Lucy sorted. I had no towels, Lucy sorted, and i needed more tea, Lucy sorted. It's hard to find someone these days who is happy in the work they do but i can say the staff at both the premier inn and the connected restaurant are so welcoming for everyone out of town they do need a special mention. It makes it easier for me to be away from home knowing i will be welcomed like this. In one sense i look forward to my return for the next 6 months.

We stayed over christmas to visit relatives in the locality.
The reception was great supplying extra towels and drink making over the festive period.
The car park was safe and spacious and the room was clean and temperature could be easily altered.

This Premier Inn suited our requirements entirely as it was in the ideal location to visit all the relatives we needed to see before Christmas.  The hotel is clean, well run and quiet, despite being next to a busy road.  The staff are very helpful and parking is free and onsite.

We booked a Premier Plus room for the first time as that was all that was available. The room was spotless.  I was very surprised at how nice the room was. Loved that we had a coffee machine and a fridge. The bed was super comfortable and nice to have an arm chair to sit on, i do wish there was 2 of them though. The shower was nice and powerful. I was certainly pay the extra to have a premier plus room again. Check in was easy, we were welcomed by Cassie and also saw Vicky when we arrived back that night. Both ladies were friendly and welcoming. 
The food next door was lovely and breakfast was a great start to the day too.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff.

Perfect

Hotel was in the vicinity of my sons house whom we visited for his 40th birthday, hotel was adequate for what we needed only thing the room could of benefited from would be a mini fridge for milk etc, breakfast was a little bland for the money but to be honest I prefer to be served but that’s just my preference

Premier Plus Room

We stayed at the Premier inn Littlehampton. The staff were all lovely and helpful.The room was clean and the bed so comfortable. We had the meal deal which was amazing value! The food was delicious!! It was just a 10 min drive to both Littlehampton beach and Worthing beach. It is an excellent hotel and restaurant. We had such a lovely time. 

The hotel is located in a quiet place, although there are road works being done near. The room was very comfortable. The only issue we had was that we were given a room that wasn't ready yet but this was rectified by moving us to a different room and we were offered complimentary breakfast. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great stay

Comfortable room as expected,  a little noise at night, possibly putting out bins or similar. 
All staff every friendly.

Added the meal deal as suggested by the receptionist, could have done with a bit more information on the limitations but was OK.

Mum wanted the winner winner chicken dinner, according to the waitress this is a popular meal, but they rarely have it available,  if management read this, why?

Breakfast was nice, we did arrive late and were pleased to be seated without issue, we did have to ask for the buffet to be topped up, mugs, glasses, plates, croissants etc, these were provided when asked for, but we felt it could have been better monitored. 

Overall we slept and ate well
