When I had a problem, Steve sorted me out. It's my second time staying here and it does the job when you just need somewhere central to stay. Room was big enough for a group to share and wasn't loud or anything. If we have an event next year again then I would happily stay again 

Checked into hotel went out to watch the rugby and arrived late. Greeted nicely by the night time staff who offered food and refreshments. Steve was brilliant offered great service and was really helpful ! Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to book in Leicester. Hotspot for many things whether that’s the train station or car route! Brilliant hotel !

Visited again, having stayed 2 years ago, had a room on the 8th floor with a cracking view of the City, Staff helpful on Check-in, Harry was excellent behind the Bar, and also as ever the Breakfast was lovely.

It's a Premier Inn - you get what it says on the tin. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very good bed. Very clean. Well decorated. All good. The breakfast was good. The ingredients seemed good quality and fresh. All you can eat policy. The hotel seemed efficient with good facilities.

Lovely hotel, clean and welcoming, check in staff very friendly. 
Room was clean, bed comfy, lovely hot shower.
Had a lovely breakfast , Nicola and Paula were very friendly and helpful. 
Second time staying here and would definitely recommend.

Stayed there for first time this weekend. Right in the heart of the city centre near transport facilities.
On a high floor so very quiet. very nice comfortable room and extremely comfortable bed (as usual).

This is my go-to hotel when staying in the city. Location is brilliant and the staff have always been very helpful.

This was my first occasion staying in a Premier Plus room 804! Wow. The room is a big upgrade on a standard room. The standard rooms are great but the Premier Plus just have the extra little luxuries that make a stay so much nicer! Whole room was spotless and quiet. I will be staying in a premier plus room again.

Reception staff on this visit couldn’t do enough to help, including answering questions about the room amenities.

Great service, lovely staff! They helped with everything I needed. Paula was excellent and always helpful. The breakfast and dinner menu was wonderful, had a lovely range. Will definitely recommend and will definitely come back!

The best hotel in Leicester. Sitting next to the City Center, you will find everything that you need with just a few walks. Going up the building, you will see a magnificent view of the city.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. Toilet is clean. They will provide iron if you need one.

One of the best experience here is the continental breakfast. Staffs are kind, accommodating and services are amazing.

Highly recommend this hotel. Incredibly clean, comfortable with friendly helpful staff. Effortless check in, lovely premier plus room with coffee machine and gentle mood lighting. Nice  bar area that we used at the end of our night And able to park on-site in their underground car park for just £5.

Stayed here as part of a cycle trip, advantage being that at Premier Inn left you can store bikes in your room! Room as expected for such a hotel, no complaints, though best view over the city is from the corridor near the lift! Breakfast all ok, plenty of it for cycling! 
The one rather unnerving thing is the lift. As we arrived a lot later than planned, we thought the self check in would be quicker. Got the room cards, went to the lift. My wife went up first, almost to floor 8 but then came back down again. Tried again in the other lift, same thing happened. We were tired and this was a stress we didn't need, especially as there's only two lifts and long wait for one! Seems like we weren't the only one to be issued with faulty room cards by the self checkout! Got sorted at reception but the whole episode took over half an hour! So, advise to others is to check in with the desk, not the machine!

That being said, no other complaints, handy for the city and for the train station if you need it.

Nice hotel, unnerving lift!

So convenient for our appointment in Leicester city centre. Staff were all lovely, very helpful.
All a bit dated, but very clean. No smart tv in room and wi-fi pretty poor, although it's free.
Bathroom fan unable to be turned off, so ended up using phones as a torch in the night as it went on for ages after light off. 
But overall very pleased, breakfast great as usual; would have liked water fountain to refill bottle afterwards as none on offer. Told to use bathroom sink water but declined...

Great for our purposes, an appointment in Leicester a minute's walk from the hotel!

What a wonderful hotel

Bed was the best part of my stay, cozy and comfy! I was on the 12th floor, which to begin with I thought was bad, but it was so quiet and it had great views!
The room was clean and had everything I needed.
The location was perfect, a small walk from the train station, I could see the building from far away too as it is so tall and colourful.
The staff were friendly, but there didn't appear to be enough staff available to help at reception, so the queues on check in and out were a little annoying. Especially when there was staff sat in the office. But other than that, very satisfied.

Excellent stay - 1 night in premier plus room

Best Staycation in Leicester

A group of us were in Leicester to compete in/attend a martial arts event. 
We needed rooms that had baths, would offer a solid night's sleep, was central, and could offer a (very) early check in (around 11am).
The only thing on the checklist which didn't really happen (or happened to varying degrees among the group) was the early check-in. This was not actually the hotel's fault at all - the mattresses were being replaced with new ones and room availability was impacted by that - we could hardly complain when we were all guaranteed new mattresses and a very decent night's sleep.
Staff were accommodating as much as possible. When next in Leicester, we won't go past the Premier Inn Leicester City

Great value, service, comfort and location

Well located hotel close to the city centre, spacious room, and great staff. Car park not the easiest to navigate and the payment machine is a bit of a faff, almost like they’re trying to charge you £10 instead of £5 for 24hrs parking. Also strange that you had to use your room card to access the lift. All in all, though, couldn’t fault it for the price and would happily stay there again.
