1st time travelling alone to a concert in Leeds for my 17yr old daughter & needed a local hotel for the night. No Breakfast was needed so for £60 for a double room, was a bargain that close to the city centre. Check in was easy......guy there was very helpful with the security/fire locks. Room was clean, tidy & just right for an overnight stay. If going to Leeds again, she would def: go back. 

Was able to stay at a reasonable and good hotel near New Dock - recommended. Breakfast and nice room. All close to my event location. Kind staff and helpful. The best price too boot with a reasonable breakfast added.

10 min walk from town centre so very good , nice and quiet clean and tidy and very reasonable priced breakfast was good so overall great stay would definitely return and would definitely recommend to others

It's not luxurious, but it's good value. The room was clean and quiet, and it's a very short taxi ride back into town. The only slight negative was the fact that the website says they provide hairdryers, and the room didn't have one. 

But otherwise, it was good, and I'd stay again. 

The room was very clean, bed linen and towels fresh.  Of course the property needs updating but the price for the room reflects this.  My husband had a well cooked breakfast the following morning.  Staff are very friendly.  Situated in a industrial area but just a few minutes away there is The Port' very pretty with a few eating places including Pizza Express which was very nice.  
 l can recommend this for people that want a clean, comfortable sleepover.  It's a B&B not a hotel.

Needed a hotel for a nearby gig and after a few searches came across The Brookfield. It was half the price of some of the central hotels however it is only a 15-20 min walk and your in the city. Met by a pleasant chap who adviced us about breakfast options £3 and guaranteed us our car was fine parked outside in the little car for the whole of our stay which saved us money again the following day as a full days Christmas shopping was on the cards. We didn't take him up on breakfast and decided on a lie in bed. We had a huge double room with a large tv and tea and coffee facilities. Ok the decor was a bit miss match but who cares for one night if you want the Hilton go pay the price. Very clean especially the large bathroom and shower area which was a lovely temperature and flow. We had a peaceful sleep whoever the only thing was once day broke and because of the hotels position you do get some outside noise. I think we could hear a loud tapping noise maybe coming from the fuel station next door but it was 8.30-9.00 in the morning and check out was 10 anyway. Overall for the price we payed and the money we saved this was a great choice. A pleasant clean bed for the night Thank you.

We stayed in the triple room which was a great size. Room was immaculate, bed was comfy, only grumble would be the shower cubicle is a bit on the small size. 

We paid £3 each for breakfast which was made to order. This included juice and tea or coffee. All tasted great and excellent value for money. 

Great little hotel if your just looking for somewhere to lay your head for the night.

its an old, cheaper hotel, you are getting what you pay for. 

Reading other reviews i agree the place did smell a bit like an old smokey bookshop and "reception" was literally two leather sofa chairs with a playstation hooked up, but the guy there was perfectly friendly. 

The lock to our door was difficult to use, but we managed it. The hotel is very dated, and the beds were not amazing (pillows were VERY firm) but for an overnight or short stay it is fine providing you don't have high expectations. Fairly clean, just thrifty.

We would go back knowing what we are paying for as the location was good and the area was really quiet with a few little chilled out coffee hotspots nearby.

it was a last minute idea as I had two days of training. staff were nice. room was ok, bed was comfy. TV far too small for the room and very high up on the wall. the hotel smells very bad of smoke and cooking but rooms were ok.

The hotel smelled of stale smoke, the receptionist looked like haven’t had a wash or clean clothes on for days. The heating was so loud it sounded like a washing machine was on all night. Shower head was broken and leaking. We paid upon arrival and when we left the receptionist tried to charge us again. When we challenged him, he made up an unconvincing lie about being confused of what room we were in. The towels provided were about the size of a kleenex and the light switch was broken. The hotel is in a very dodgy area, the only good thing about our stay was the comfortable mattress on the bed. Would not recommend.
