we stayed from the 25th to the 29th of September,very comfortable and all staff were polite and helpful. we would like to give Emma and Ellie a special mention as they looked after us at breakfast and evening mealtimes, a credit to the organisation and themselves for the work they do.

We never fail to have a great value stay at a premier inn and this one was no different.  Comfortable and clean room. Table Table restaurant next door. Food and service excellent.  
Special mention to Leona on the hotel reception.  Unfortunately I had booked the previous night by mistake and didn't realise until we had already set off. I quickly booked a room for that night and due to having booked the previous night on non flex I thought we would just lose the money.  Mentioned to Leona on arrival and she suggested we rang guest relations. Gave us the number and all the details we need and we did get a refund as they "realise it was a genuine mistake".  Leona didn't need to help us in this way and feel she went above and beyond so BIG thank you to her. 


Booked for five nights in an accessible room for my mum and myself. We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable and the accessible shower was excellent for mum. Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Well appointed premier inn, easy to find too. We’ve had some bad experiences at premier inns over the last few years but this one has been excellent. 
Starting with a very knowledgeable and friendly receptionist to waiting staff. Room and bathroom were very clean and apart from a very heavy duvet on a a warm night! Comfy bed and pillows.
Dinner was good, breakfast Buffett layout a little disappointing but overall good.

Arrived early Saturday morning for the Leeds Festival and was promptly checked in. Later saw some others shouting to a staff member who, kudos to him, was really professional as all others I did encounter.
Room clean and includes tea, coffee with plenty more on the front office counter. Even managed to get some earl grey when asked the same gent in reception.

We stayed for 2 nights to visit friends and enjoy getting to know harrogate.  Leo was very helpful and answered any questions we had, such as directions to Betty's cafe. The only downside was that the lift was out of order and we had to use the stairs but all the team were very apologetic and were trying to get the issue resolved.

Two night three day break. Day one and night Harrogate. Early drinks, evening cocktails and food. Day two and night train to Leeds. Shopping, drinking and eating. Day three York, shopping and eating. Now home, diet.

Just stayed the one night in room9 a family room . Was surprisingly spacious and very clean . We were welcomed by friendly reception staff , comfy beds and lots tea and coffee available . Good free car parking as well. Would definetely use again and recommend

Great location having a train platform right behind the Hotel considering it hasn't stopped raining during our visit. Trains into town come every half an hour. A typical Premier Inn with clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, haven't eaten in the restaurant next door, though the staff were pleasant when we went just for drinks. We'll likely be back for the Yorkshire Show!  

Great sized family room, very clean. Attached to a decent bar. Good breakfast as always. Also, we left behind my son’s favourite personalised water bottle. The hotel found it and returned it by post. My son was delighted. What a lovely team - thank you

A spot of tea at Bettys

One of the better premier inns. V clean, bathroom with a bath. Stayed in room 102 directly above reception. One of the doors in reception was not a soft close door so heard it as customers came and went. This is a cheap fix. Desk staff v helpful as I needed details to call RAC. The eatery attached was ok. Will try the Italian eatery if staying again. Well situated for a quiet walk to town through the house and over the stray. Would stay again

One of the better ones

Quiet uneventful stay. Good food at both breakfast and evening meal. We had not booked the meal deal but this would have been very good value. And nothing else more to say really but need to keep typing to hit the stupid minimum 200 characters!
