The village was nice and the B&B very attractive with off street parking. 
Jess and Dougie were great hosts, very helpful and kind and all round good people. The accommodation was very comfy, clean & homely and the bathroom was perfect.

Really lovely overnight stay at this delightful b&b. Very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Hosts were so kind & welcoming. Excellent views and walks. Hosts recommended good eating place a couple of miles away. Off road parking available.

After a long drive from the Midlands, we were welcomed and shown to our room by Jess who was very friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. Jess recommended restaurants for the evening of which the Cawdor Tavern was excellent too!

The B&B was tidy and clean, especially the room, along with very comfortable beds!

Dougie helped after the ride the following day with getting to Nairn, a nearby town with lots of bars and restaurants. Again, very helpful and friendly throughout!

Breakfast was great along with the smooth checkout at the end of our stay. We will be returning in the future to explore such a stunning part of Scotland further!

Fantastic, friendly welcome following a long drive.  The accommodation is neat, tidy and clean.

Great location (accessible by bus). Friendly hosts who are happy to help with places to visit. Generous breakfasts (pre ordered). Good quality towels and linen. Adjustable heating. Lots of hot water. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board and basic toiletries supplied). Spotlessly clean.

Has to be one of the loveliest B&B we have stayed in. Room,view,breakfast,host was perfect.
Only a few miles the other side of Inverness,and worth every mile. The village pub was fantastic for an evening meal,and the walk along the sea was gorgeous.

The welcome was both friendly and informative and we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were comfortable and pleasant.
In the morning the breakfast was excellent both continental and cooked.
Would definitely recommend Inchrye and stay if on the NC500 again

Very clean, very friendly, excellent breakfast. Situated in a little seaside village outside of inverness right behind the seaside walk. 
The owners clearly tale pride in the way they take care of their customers.

Nice well decorated house, great hosts, good breakfast. I found it easy to find, 5 mins from 2 restaurants and the local shops. The house is 2 mins away from the moray firth and fort george I would imagine you could see dolphins further north near fort george.

A lovely place to stay

Excellent stay for Etape Loch Ness ride!

This is a lovely bed & breakfast outside of Inverness, with gracious hosts and generous breakfasts! It’s also right on the beach so make sure you ask for a room with a sea view. The room we had was comfortable, good sized and clean. Our hosts prepared breakfast in the morning and you have plenty of choices to start your day with. The location is good for exploring the northern coast around the Inverness area, and there’s also a good place to eat proper pub food just down the road.
I would come back here!

Lovely b&b on the beach!

From the moment we rang the bell we knew we had made the right choice. Doug and Jess made us so welcome, everything was explained about keys, the room and breakfast. Their local (and further) knowledge is as invaluable as it is extensive. From where to eat to where to visit they have the knowing. The whole house is very clean and well loved, even down to shampoo etc in the shower. If you are going to visit the Highlands make sure at least one night is here.

Breathtaking direct view and access of the sea, and one of the friendliest, kindest home owners I met in Scotland. 
The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, the bed and pillows are better than 5 stars hotels and the breakfast is just fabulous. If you're coming to Inverness, look no further and don't waste your money.
Ps. Highly recommended is the suite on the 1st floor where you got an extra living room that is spacious and beautiful.

Wonderful place and people, look no further!

My husband Jim and grandson Fynnlay stayed here in  September when Fynnlay was playing in a basketball tournament in Inverness. They came home raving about the warmth of their welcome, the quality of the food and the comfort of the accommodation. The hosts Jess and Dougie were particularly taken with my grandson Fynnlay aged 12, and he with them. All in all a fab trip for them. This is an excellent 5* Bed and Breakfast and highly recommended.
