Stayed at the hotel lastnight and had the best sleep ever! Struggled to get up this morning!😅 nightshift receptions Calvin and Kelly were lovley and a credit to the hotel! So friendly, welcoming and nothing was a trouble for them! - will definitely be back to stay again!

Inverness has 3 premier inns to choose from this one won our vote being the first as you enter Inverness from the A9 so it's easy to find being located in business and retail area next to raigmore hospital 
It's has a large carpark with free parking for customers as long as you register your car details either via a touchpad in the reception or during check-in process at the desk
Reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made booking in quick and easy room was usual premier in fair and had all the usual facilities needed  breakfast is in the connected restaurant bar which means a brief outside walk from main room block to the restaurant building the outside distance is about 10 meters but during heavy rain a jacket will be required 
The breakfast offering on offer were perfect with continental and full cooked offerings convieniently displayed and offered as a buffet service clean area for meals and good selection of cereals bakery products and cooked items tea coffee and juice refreshments all to the expected standard of the chain
The hotel is next to a large Tesco and other retail outlets and is 10 minutes drive from main city town centre we were a little confused that no matter how much we turned the thermostat up the wall heater was always cos until we realised it was disconnected from the mains and roof vent Heaters were main heat source possibly from a recent upgrade and wall heaters awaiting future removal and re decorating as necessary
If we were ever visiting Inverness again  and required an overnight or longer stay would not hesitate to book Inverness east again

Superb hotel. Modern, clean and very comfortable.  Breakfast was fantastic.  Parking was very easy and checkin was very quick.  Will be back in 3 weeks with family and looking forward to it.

Another 5-star stay at Inverness East. Clean, warm, quiet rooms with lots of hot water. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the food is always great and reasonably priced. The only downside was receiving a fine for our second night's parking, 10 days later on the second night of our stay. Surely PI can check that we were staying there for 2 nights?

We stayed one night ( 2 rooms). The hotel has good parking and is extremely comfortable. Quiet at night and feels luxurious for the price. I highly recommend. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, particularly when we asked for an extra room as a late addition. Also the other lady in the morning greeted us and directed us to the breakfast area. Both mature ladies (hope they don't mind me saying) and a real asset. The rooms were clean and well presented.

I have used this Premier Inn on a number of occasions and it is always extremely clean. The quality of the rooms is exceptional and the staff friendly, very helpful and able to deal quickly with any queries we may have.  The restaurant next door always has a good selection of food for both dinner and breakfast and all the staff make sure we have what we need for an enjoyable meal

A stay of necessity made far less stressful by the wonderful staff. Standard level of good premier inn accommodation elevated by the people running it. Can’t recommend highly enough - a stress free stay.

We frequently stay here for weekend trips into the city & are never disappointed with the friendliness & cleanliness of the hotel. At the right time of year it is fantastic value & only 20\25 minutes brisk walk to the centre

My mother and father stayed as my dad had hospital.  Great hotel and great location. Staff were great with my dad while  my mother was in hospital.  from reception to house keeping. Booking day by day was stressfree thanks to the reception staff who kept my dad in the same room though out the stay

Local to family so easy to get to them, have stayed here twice before. Easy to find from airport. Great to go exploring around the area. Easy parking and beefeater right next door for food so not too far to go to get breakfast.

Easy to find, lots of parking spots. The desk was unmanned when we arrived, and the screens were down, but staff appeared quickly when we pressed the bell.

The room was comfortable and dust-free, although the bath could've done with a deeper clean. Extra pillows were available.

My only complaint would be the lack of security. The door to the rooms takes a while close, and staff seem to open it to anyone. When I was leaving in the morning, they opened and held it for a couple who hadn't yet checked in. 

It wasn't expensive, but you can get a better experience in a better area of the city for around the same price, including some right in the city centre. I've noticed Premier Inn prices creeping up over the last couple of years, while independents remain stable. Shop around. 

Comfortable. Slightly overpriced.

On a TV/Production shoot up in Kinlochewe and I’d already based myself in a lovely hotel in Inverness, but the ‘powers that be’ opted for ‘cheap and cheerful’ accommodation for all the staff and so it was off to the Premier Inn at Beechwood Business Park.

Staff were lovely and welcoming as it was a late check-in but by this point I was dead on my feet and all I wanted to do was get the key for my room, grab a hot shower and have an early night, and that’s exactly what I did!

Room was surprisingly spacious, it was cleaned to a high standard, it had a huge comfortable bed with many light settings, there was even a large fan, I was pretty impressed.

I had a few pleasant and very comfortable nights here, so I’m more than happy to recommend. 

These Premier Inns may be regarded as cheap and classed as low budget, but I found them very comfortable and cheerful, well done to all the staff I encountered.

Cannot complain about staff, food very good, speed of service better than outstanding, staff very professional, room very clean, whole hotel clean, hot water good.
Internet connection I upgraded but the internet should be of such a standard that I’d rather room was £5 dearer and you got excellent WI-FI, I would look elsewhere simply because of poor Wi-Fi which I hate moaning about as otherwise a great place to stay

An overnight stopping point after a trip to the Hebrides. Easy location to find with good access to the A9. Rooms were very hot (not the fault of the hotel), and there was a Brewers Fayre adjacenr for evening meal and/or breakfast.
