We booked the family room with one double bed and one single bed on the left side of the house, which is comfortable, clean and much bigger than I expected. 
The Landlords were very very kind to us, we enjoyed a nice Scottish breakfast.

The Twenty Five B&B is one of the best I have seen around! If you are looking for a place that is comfortable, beautiful, relaxing, and fairly priced then this is the Bed & breakfast for you! The location is ideal in relation to the downtown. James  his wife and  staff will take wonderful care of you and your family, so make your reservation here the next time you stop in Inverness!

Experienced a very nice and comfortable night

check in time listed as 3pm onwards but no one home when we arrived at 3.15. Warm, friendly welcome when we returned later. We were shown to our room which, although a good size was very dated in terms of its décor.  Clean enough though. The waterproof (?) mattress cover made for a bit of a rustly, sweaty night though. We had asked for an early breakfast and although the owners obliged us with this we were put off actually eating by the swarm of wasps buzzing around the light fitting above our head!
To be fair, it was a very busy time of year when we stayed so the room was value for money compared to some other places that hiked their prices up but we won't be rushing back.
