Came here for my birthday. On arrival to our beautiful lodge room, there was a lovely happy birthday chocolate plate and some prosecco waiting for us!! An amazing welcome! I then had a 90 minute back massage, scalp massage and facial whilst my fiance used the spa facilities. My treatment was just unreal. Lindsey really listened to what my concerns were and what I did and didn't like, I have never had a massage like it! The tasting menu in the Dungeon was delicious!!! I am not a very adventurous eater, but I chose of the vegetarian menu and wow, the different flavours, and textures in each dish was something very special. My partner also loved his (he chose tasting menu non-vegetarian). A special shout out to chefs for the amazing food, to Gracie and Keira who were serving us at the Dungeon. So professional and knowledgeable, and thank you for the birthday drinks!! The service of the castle is fab and it shows that they really care about their guests. We will most definitely be visiting again!
