A great experience at this Premier Inn. Free parking, good, central location, warm welcome, comfortable room and beds and great breakfast in the morning. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will visit again in the near future.

Great location and really friendly staff. We were visiting family in Crawley but not hotels available so stayed in Horsham (the next town over). Free parking, staff in the hotel were all very friendly, Beefeater restaurant next door was quite so food was fresh and fast.  

Premier Inns' always do the job...friendly check in, comfortable room and good value for money! This one in particular is a great location for accessing Horsham town centre. Good parking facilities and very quiet!

My 96 year old father was moving house.  My sister and I decided to "park him" at the Premier Inn. whilst the packers and moving did their thing.  He had a disabled room and the Premier Inn manager  arranged for me I stay in a room directly across from him.  That worked very well.  I also informed them that he was going to be 97 on the following day.  That led to him having complimentary breakfast and a birthday card.  
I cannot speak highly enough of Juanita the hotel manger and her staff or Ray the restaurant manager.  Their service was superb and efficient, but also caring.  They went "the extra mile"!!!

Food and hotel were fantastic. Staff were exceptional. Bed amazing, slept so well. Very local to leisure centre, park and town. We had a truly wonderful weekend. Thank you we will be back very very soon.

From the welcome at check-in tothe service in the restaurant, the staff couldn't have been more friendly. A thoroughly enjoyable stay, given the circumstances that "forced" it. A funeral is not the best reason for a stay, but it was made easier - thank you.

We stayed at the Premier inn near the station.  Clean and comfortable.  Quiet room. Friendly staff.  Hotel near attractions such as the park.  Within walking distance of town.  Free parking.  Good food at Beefeater restaurant.

As expected, the premiere inn satisfies on a cost and comfort level. Ample parking and close to the train station if travelling by train. Close to a Beefeater for food and drinks breakfast is served here. A kitty dated and a squeaky bed were my only gripes.

Rebecca on reception was cheerful and welcomed us while checking in.  We had a small issue with lighting in the room which was immediately addressed.  Our request for extra pillows was also dealt with quickly.  We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, the food was good, hot and the service was excellent.  Kim did a great job in looking after us for both meals.  Kim was cheerful and welcoming when we arrived for our evening meal, even though she had been working throughout the day.  Kim is a great ambassador for your company.

Impromptu stay at this Premier Inn and expectations were low as the cost was inexpensive. However it was a very comfortable stay in a spacious room. Room was clean and had plentiful toiletries & tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was good in the Beefeater next door. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised and I would stay there again.

All staff interactions at the Premier Inn were good. I want to praise Becky in particular whose positive and helpful attitude really stood out (I previously worked in hospitality for many years). In an age of digital over real, a human smile goes a long way... well done.

Customer Service lives on...

We stay in this hotel while visiting our son and his family. The room is clean, the bed comfortable, breakfast is fine. And the staff are always friendly and helpful and welcoming. It’s useful to have a reliable and good value restaurant adjacent.

Stayed here one night ,as had a evening in horsham.easy walk to town,place a bit tired but comfortable. And good value. Beefeater next door the same bit tired could both do with a spruce up breakfast ok ,much as you like ,but bit untidy in there, didn't seem to be enough staff but ok
