Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Ash, Liv, Sophie and Becks. Made my stay. Room excellent and so quiet and peaceful. Love this place. One of the best PIs I have stayed. My kids loved it too when I was last here with them. I remembered Sophie from that stay as she was so helpful when we arrived late. Pleased to see her here still and now with many other helpful colleagues too, including David on night shift. Highly recommend. 5 hours sleep here is worth 8 in my place in London. Restaurant serves great bf and dinners too and with friendly and helpful staff.

Always a pleasant stay, beds are the standard Premier Inn beds however extremely comfy! Have stayed a few times recently and always greeted at reception - on my last visit they recognised me and gave me a pack of biscuits and a little card saying welcome back - lovely gesture from David, who checked me in.

Only issue is the mobile coverage really, however the free WiFi makes up for it - I opt for the premium one generally as it’s much faster.

Room was superb beds were Devine.
Can’t say the say the same about restaurant next door, service was diabolical xmas dinner veg was almost cold, dessert delivered to wrong table instead of ours causing a 30 minute delay.
Xmas eve we had to wait 40 minutes for our dessert, only the breakfast Xmas morning was spot on.

We frequently stay here at this PI, but rarely eat there. We stayed Friday the 6th of December and this time tries the meal deal. We waited the best part of an hour for the food as there seemed to have been a mix up with the order.
The shining light in the experience was Hakim. What an assett to your business he was. Polite, friendly, helpful and acutely aware of all his tables and customers. I understand he is maybe a casual helper (I think his wife is maybe a manager there). I can't speak highly enough of him. There was another lady who also tried her best and was also appreciated. 
I wasn't a big fan of my main meal, but my crumble was delicious.

Sophie was very professional and helpful. Nothing was any trouble for her absolute superstar.hotel was very clean and welcoming makes staying away from home that little bit easier. Would defo recommend friends to stay here

There ain’t anything else in Hartlepool that beats this hotel for quality of sleep & location. 

Room was big, decent size TV. Shower was hot and nice but would like a removable shower head.

Would definitely stay again. 

What a gem of a hotel.  Right in the marina, lovely views.  Great restaurant next door.  Decided to go here for new years and wasn't disappointed.  could view 3 diffferent firework displays from the restaurant/bar.  Shopping retail park 15 mins walk with m and s food, asda, nandos, next and others.  The staff left us a lovely note and panatone for new years.  All the staff were very helpful and polite.  Can't fault it.

We come to Hartlepool every couple of months to visit family, Premier Inn is always our first choice as we know what we are getting. Rooms are always clean and staff friendly and helpful. If you can ask for a first floor room looking over the sea, views are lovely.

we really enjoyed our weekend at this hotel. Staff were really accommodating and pleasant. A special recognition for the manager at Brewers Faye. She had short hair with glasses( Didn't catch her name sorry) She noticed we were scousers and made conversation, She was an absolute pleasure to meet and made us feel welcome. We will 100% Be returning. 

Stayed here on a visit to family. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and most importantly comfortable. 
We have already said we will stay here again .

Stayed 4 nights on business. Quick and easy check-in, staff helpful and pleasant. Importantly, staff are native and local - makes all the difference! Hotel is right next to the marina and has a massive car park, make sure you record your car reg number at reception. There are lots of bars and restaurants across the water with a 5 minute walk. 

My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A very thick mattress was supplied and I slept well. No noise from corridor or adjacent rooms. 

One downside is that room service is by request only. It's a shame that hotels are going this way without passing on the savings. 

Breakfast was at the adjoining Brewers Fayre which will be covered separately. All good there.

Make sure you visit the monkey at the lock gates!

Lovely trip

Very impressed with this hotel. Location was brilliant- within walking distance of some lovely restaurants.  Room was perfect- very comfortable  bedcand exceptionally clean. We were a party of 7 visiting family and found the staff very welcoming. The brewers fayre next door was a real bonus- again very welcoming and child friendly.  Would highly recommend. 

Clean and very comfortable hotel

Knowing we have stayed here many times before they never let us down. The nights sleep have been perfect and the staff are always more than accommodating.  
Car parking is always a bonus as its so easy to take the bags in from the car, this premier inn never have let us down and we have stayed there many times now.

Always a good clean hotel

Excellent helpful and efficient check-in from Ash who is a credit to Premier Inn.  Although the room was as clean and comfortable as expected, high winds caused a whistling in the air vents all night, resulting in a broken night's sleep.  The staff member on reception when we checked out didn't ask if we'd had a good night and was deeply engrossed in something on her desk, so we felt unable to report the problem, hence 4 stars and not 5.
