We stayed in number 9, the King’s room, and it was absolutely beautiful - full of character and had everything you would need for a long term stay, though we were only there one night. It’s right in the centre of Harrogate and there is a bar/restaurant next door which is noisy but this didn’t disrupt our stay, although it may if your room faces the front. It was very clean (loved the huge bathroom!) and the staff were very helpful upon arrival and checkout, as we didn’t familiarise ourselves with the check in instructions beforehand. We parked at Jubilee Car park which is only a 5 min walk away and about £17 for 24 hours - if you care about your car we recommend this one as the spaces were big and it was easy to manoeuvre our big car around it. It also shuts at midnight until the next morning so felt safer than others. One major thing I wish to point out is the honesty of the staff here. I left my expensive necklace in the room and only realised once we were home and unpacking. The lady on the phone took our details and said she would speak to housekeeping the next day. Truth be told, we really weren’t holding our breath as these sorts of situations never really have a positive outcome HOWEVER, they contacted us the following day to say it had been found and they would post it back to us for a small charge. It arrived back today, 5 days later and they updated us every step with tracking details etc. I can’t begin to explain what this means to me and I sincerely thank your staff for getting it safely back to me. Thank you again! We will recommend you to our friends and family. :-)

Getting into the property: The keys are in a lock box on location. Please note, the apartments are set over 3 locations within the heart of Harrogate. For bookings made with Free Cancellation, we require a 20% deposit upfront to secure the reservation and the final balance is due 1 month prior to the stay. If the booking is within the month we require the full payment for the stay upfront. This is fully refundable up until 21 days prior to the stay. If you were to cancel the reservation between 20-9 days you will be liable for 50% of the deposit and if you were to cancel the stay any time after this you will be liable for 100% of the deposit. For Advance Purchase Rate bookings, full payment will be taken at the time of booking. Payment will be taken using the card you provided on Booking.com. If payment is unsuccessful on booking, you will be notified and will have 24 hours to provide updated card details. If the details are not provided within this time, we will cancel the booking. Reception hours are from 09:00 until 17:00 from Monday to Saturday, and from 9:00 until 15:00 on Sunday. Please kindly note that reception times may vary. As per our terms and conditions for all group bookings we require a security/damage deposit of £100.00 per apartment. This is payable one month prior to your arrival date. The security/damage deposit is refundable after departure once the apartments have been checked by our housekeeping team.
