Stopped here for a few weeks,yes a few weeks on business. Dave and Rose are the owners and will do anything to help you out,very friendly and hard working owners,they have all the knowledge of the surrounding areas and beyond. The hotel itself was great, comfortable beds,nice and quiet,honesty bar and dining area with cutlery and plates if you fancy a takeaway.Tea and coffee making facilities in the room too and plenty of storage areas The area has everything you need too,retail parks very close,pubs, restaurants,horse racing,rail station,parks etc. Personally I would like to say thank you for Dave and Rose for making my extended stay away from home a little easier. If I am in the area again this will be my first port of call even if just to say hello.
