Premier Inn London Blackfriars

As always a no fuss stay. Very nice. Good location. Main reason for this review is to highlight the kind staff especially two of them. One staff member we had for dinner service was a young man who had a very kind approach to us and went above and beyond to accommodate our fussyness which we very much appreciate. Another is Yusuf on the breakfast service. We sat and enjoyed our breakfast and listened to Yusuf's kind and warming approach to other customers. All I can say is that he stood out from the crowd and was a very very polite and caring person and very easy to talk to and very professional. He was another that was going out of his way to tend to the needs of his customers. We did approach Yusuf and complimented him but I would like to say on here well done Yusuf. Your kind, warming and above all polite approach to people is a rarity in today's world. Same again to last night's staff member we had for dinner service but we didn't catch his name.
