Greenland Villa - Guest house

Great place and amazing lovely owner, over all very good I'm a regular customer at Greenland Villa , every 2 to 3 weeks I spend 2 or 3 nights there and I strongly believe that Greenland Villa is a very nice Accommdation to stay either for business or pleasure and the previous review that you will be locked out if you were late should be read with an open mind and with a pinch of salt as it was written mainly just to be malicious as she did not get the refund back after she had changed her mind not to stay there ! Now I would like to say what I experienced and my situation every time I arrived at Greenland Villa , a lovely place! 1)  I always arrived at Greenland Villa between 20 30 to 21 30 AND I WAS NEVER asked to pay £10 extra or be told that one minute late will not do. I always called in advance to inform them of my estimate time of arrival or if I was going to be late as I have to "battle" the traffic of L and it can always be impredictable or cause delays. 2) there is always access to the property a master lock with a lock code installed on the wall by the main dooor, and I'm confident that if I was going to arrive late and asked for a different option for late check in if the reception is closed , a code will be given to me for the master lock in order to do the self check in ! 3) The location and the fact it's in the roundabout, as a professional driver and a light sleeper I appreciate and cherrish the sleep more than anything and I had a room in front of the house/ facing the roundabout ! I phage slept in the front room facing the main road several times and I had never experienced any problems sleeping, either night time or day time and if I did I would definetly would have looked for a different place to stay,because a good sleep is essential for me as it is for many other people 4)  Rooms and the beds were always clean and very comfortable, the showers were always clean aswell, every time I stayed there. 5) The owner is lovely and always went above and beyond to assure a pleasant stay, never had any issues or being told off either. 6) Good connection with the busses aswell, to go to north Greenwich underground station, a laundry across the road on the main street and few restaurants make it a good area tostat especially when want yo have a day off.     Overall I'm very happy with the service provided every time, good value for money and will definitely continue staying there when i am in in London
