Very nice hotel in a fantastic location. I found the room to be clean and comfortable. I was able to walk anywhere I needed or wanted like the subway station, major sites (Big Ben, Palace, etc), and grocery just up the street. I felt safe. Hotel elevator required a key to get to your floor. The room has instant coffee and a kettle which worked for my needs. They didn't always replenish with tea or extra coffee but when I went to front desk they would provide. My suggestions to the hotel - Get new and higher quality towels. The towels stunk!!! Every single day the towels had a horrid moldy smell to them. I think the smell was because they don't dry very quickly and end up always smelling moldy, even after cleaned but upon arrival and every single day, every single towel that was 'new' had this horrid smell. Second suggestion - go easy on the lobby scent - The lobby smell perfume was overwhelming. I would 100% stay here again as it was super comfortable, quiet and fantastic location.
