Premier Inn Eastbourne

Such a lovely hotel in a great location, we stayed to visit family in the area, the rooms were clean, beds were amazing and plenty of tea and coffee available. The rooms can be cleaned on request and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were happy and pleasant, knowledgable of the area and helpful. We Will definitely return.

Great hotel staff and breakfast. Only let down was lack of the normal Premier Inn coffee machine offering a variety of coffees at breakfast. Added to this we had the last of the fresh milk on our breakfast cereal.
Every other Premier Inn we have stayed at has had a coffee machine do not spoil the ship for a halfpenny of tar Premier Inn!

Very Basic but clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. 

Nothing was too much trouble and everyone seemed to go out of their way to ensure I had a great experience.

Pub next door is disappointing but the receptionist recommended the treacle mine in polegate. Fantastic food and service there but I still would preform this Premier Inn.

Recently stayed at this premier inn,  what can I say it was a beautiful stay. Lovely new comfy beds very clean best weekend sleep I’ve had in awhile. 
Receptionist was very welcoming and had great knowledge of the surrounding area. The room assistant that dealt with me was very lovely and helped with my query.
I loved the charity table in the lobby

This is such a lovely friendly Hotel, the team and management go above and beyond. We stayed here for a weekend away and loved it, the room was spotless and the bed comfy, ample parking and tea and coffee available, nothing was too much trouble

Such a lovely place to stay, clean room with excellent staff, so friendly BUT the breakfast at the Mill opposite was a joke, unfriendly staff, food nothing special and if you don't mind eating with the coat on as was so cold don't not recommend the breakfast provided but fortunately the staff at the Premier Inn were amazing. Had a lovely weekend and will be back minus the breakfast!!

Lovely staff and room was great. Had a quiet night although I don’t think there were many guests staying. The Mill pub next door was nice for an evening meal but we didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. There’s a nice park/nature reserve close by if you fancy a walk.  10 minute drive to the seafront which is great.

Stayed at the premier inn Eastbourne, staff very attentive friendly, and in touch with the customer, yes the room is tired looking and is in need of cash injection. But on the whole one of the best premier inn I’ve stayed in.  Would like to thank Dawn a very funny member of staff.

NCP around the corner with 24 hour access, it a three minute walk to it. If you have food it’s hot and fresh. Town centre a two minute walk, and the seafront a two minute walk, it’s an ideal location for everything.

What a lovely stay from the moment we arrived at reception area.  Rooms very clean and comfortable, airy and spacious.  All Staff were amazing and very professional. Thank you,a lovely stay. Well done😊

Very nice room, seemed recently refurbished. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom, again recently refurbished by the looks. Staff were very friendly and helpful when I locked myself out of the room! The associated pub served good food for the evening meal and breakfast. A nice range and the quality was good. Prices were surprisingly good too for the quality. I wouldn't hesitate to book there again.

Another Premier Inn stay

We were pleased with our one night stay. The room was clean comfortable and all that we have come to expect of a Premier Inn.
Staff were welcoming and we appreciated tea and coffee sachets being left for guests to use.

We were disappointed with The Mill restaurant and will add a review on their website.

Lovely time

This premier was the one I code for the location and it has on site parking which I think is a requirement for all hotels on the plus side we had a problem with the breakfast at first but as soon as I spoke to the staff who were lovely it was sorted asap which was good , our room was a twin and the tv was so small and my brother who is partially sighted struggled to see it and the decor could benefit from a good luck of paint in my opinion but other than that out stay was adequate.

My stay

This was a last minute choice to get away for a few days while our children was on half term.  It was our first time here and my instant impression wasn't "wow" but more "it's ok and quite nice to look at". 
We checked in and went to our room. It was the larger of their rooms as we had the kids with us. The room was very tidy, clean, good attention had been paid to all of the related aspects. It was nice, warm and snug, which is a must for me as I suffer badly with Osteoarthritis. 
I had a technical issue with the TV and asked whom I think was the manager "Debbie" if she could help. She went out of her way to give me all of her attention and in the end the issue was sorted out. Debbie and her team were very polite, always ready to give assistance and I couldn't fault them at any stage of our three day stay.  

The Mill hungry horse pub restaurant was ok, nothing really special. I little tired looking and in need of some TLC. The food  was what one would expect from a pub ergo, ok. It was very much over priced, but then that is the way of things at the moment. But as the staff in the Premier Inn, they were very polite, hard working, attentive and the manager went out of her way to seat us on the first night even though she was completely booked.

Most of the pictures I've attached to this review aren't of the Inn but are of Birling Gap and Hastings. This just goes to show how centralised the Inn is to all the surrounding areas. There wasn't much point in posting pictures of the Inn as many have done a good job of doing that before me. 

I would most definitely recommend this premier inn and the attached pub restaurant to anyone. Thank you all for your warn welcome and great service.

Building looks a bit rough from the outside, car park full of potholes.
Rooms although very clean, are in need of a refurb.
Very tired looking hotel.

I was a little disappointed with my stay. There was a patch of black mould on the ceiling and a bad plaster repair by the window. The carpet was stained.  
There were no soft pillows available in my room the first night. They appeared the second day of my stay whilst I was out even though I had left a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door. 
On the first night I couldn’t get any hot water in the bathroom. 
I was advised by reception to buy the meal deal option (for the pub across the car park) for dinner and breakfast. As I wasn’t very hungry so didn’t choose to and it was suggested again. 
I was told in the hotel that breakfast was available until 9am. So I went for 8.30am. When I got there I was then told that as I hadn’t bought the meal deal option I couldn’t eat until there after 9am. Eventually it was agreed that I could have breakfast before the watershed. I ended up paying half of the price of the meal deal option. I was also told by staff that there wasn’t an evening meal ‘deal’ that I was told I should buy. All very confusing. 
I would say that the bed was comfortable and the bedding and towels clean. All the usual facilities of tea coffee were available. I wouldn’t necessarily choose to stop there again but it was ok.
