I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Ahmed at Pevensey Bay Holiday Park. This guy is an absolute legend! He’s always working hard, keeping the place spotless, and making sure everything runs smoothly. No matter what needs doing maintenance, cleaning, security or just lending a hand. Ahmed is always there with a smile and a great attitude.

It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their job and the people around them, but Ahmed is exactly that. He goes out of his way to help and never makes anything feel like too much trouble. It’s people like him who make a place feel welcoming and enjoyable.

So, if you’re ever at the park and see Ahmed, give him a nod of appreciation he deserves it! Thanks for everything, mate. From Brad

Park holidays have a great complex manager in Matt, Abi is a great complement to Matt, the Boathouse is clean, comfortable and welcoming the bar, beer, wines and spirits are superb (try the Draught Guinness) the entertainment is really good the Tina Turner tribute was unbelievable as was the Michael Jackson tribute and as for the food, well I’ve just finished a Pork loin Sunday roast (as shown in the photo’s it speaks for itself, superb, Well done Matt and Abi.

We as a family have been owners here for 3 & half years.... ...and since Matt & his tram have been at the Boathouse we have really  seen a huge improvement, 
This is the club that we holiday home owners have wanted for a long time...

Great park. Matt in the boathouse was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble.
He is very attentive and always makes us feel very welcome. 
The boathouse is a great place for food and drinks.

Just returned home from The Bay at Pevensey Bay holiday park. The Bay is a separate park which about 1 mile from the main Pevensey Bay Site, both sites are owned by the same company and if you stay at The Bay you can use the pool and club house at Pevensey Bay for free. We didn't use either so can't comment on those. There's nothing at this part of the park except accommodation and the beach access but we were made aware of this well in advance before actually booking... This suited us as we don't need a lot and we liked the quiet. The only thing we did miss was, it would have been nice to have a little cafe or something but we also appreciate that it possibly wouldn't be financially beneficial as might not get used enough... The park was clean and the caravan was very clean with everything we needed 😊

We would however like to say a massive Thank you to all the reception staff we spoke to via phone calls who honestly went above and beyond to help us without hesitation. Especially when our taxi was delayed on the day we left, we were worried about where we could wait as my mum has mobility issues and they literally saved the day by giving us a warm place to sit until our taxi arrived. We were & still are extremely grateful for all their help and kindness. It genuinely felt like nothing was too much trouble so again, Thank You Very much for everything you did to help make our weekend a lot less stressful 😁 Absolute stars!!! 😁 We loved our stay and will be back again in the future 😁

The site was really clean and the reception really helpful. We hired a beautiful caravan you really do get what you pay for. It was really spacious and clean and very well equipped. Nice area too. Lovely terrace with a nice view. It is our second trip and the site has access to the beach

Stayed here again from 9th to 13th October in a 2 bed lodge, again the reception staff were lovely with their welcoming smiles and information, the lodge again was fantastic with that home from home feeling,  the site was very quiet which is why we chose this time of year, Shannon in the boat house was lovely greeting us with a smile everytime we were there, we love this site for getting out and about in the local area including sovereign harbour, Bexhill,  Hastings,  beachy head, and the  Birling gap, thank you to all the staff at this wonderful park for another great stay and we will see you again in the near future, 😀 

We stayed in a Lodge at Pevensey Bay Holiday Park for the weekend. The lodge was immaculate! All the modern commodities you could ask for, beautifully presented with some lovely little touches that made you feel like you were in a 5* hotel! Slippers and dressing gowns laid out, even a tassimo coffee machine and pods ready to use after a long drive were very appreciated! The lodge was lovely and warm and the beds were very comfy, as were the sofas! The lodge was a a great size and was perfet for entertaining a large family! The park had great facilities and the food was very good! All the staff were incredibly friendly especially Danny, Becky and Sammie who are a credit to the park! The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do and see! The only regret is that we didnt book a longer stay! Next time we will do! I would absolutely return to this park again without hesitation! One of the best I've stayed at!

Stayed in a pet friendly lodge over the weekend, superb accommodation, spotlessly clean, grounds very well kept. Danny and staff very polite and friendly. Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Close to the beach and harbour.

I LOVE PEVENSEY BAY HOLIDAY PARK IT FEELS LIKE HOME

Thought I'd big up this lovely holiday park, luckily I'm fortunate enough to own a lovely lodge on this well kept park. The beach is like my back backgarden and used regularly by myself, family and friend throuhout the summer.  This is now my third year and so grateful to have a such a wonderful team to make this a wonderful place to spend quality time making memories with my family & friends. The team are all more than happy to help with any issues that have arisen and since the boathouse manager took over he has gone above and beyond making sure there are lots of activities and new things happening in the boathouse. I went to the new years eve party this year and enjoyed listening to the lovely Bruce Parker. The newly refurbished pool, steam room have stayed open since last March allowing people to swim out of season.  One of the nicest things that happened this season was when Matt opened the boat house for anyone who might like some company on Christmas day and arranging a buffet so no one needed to be lonely.  Such a kind thing to do, I'm sure much appreciated by many.  Thanks to everyone at Pevensey Bay holiday park here's to 2025.

Greatest caravan experience EVER 

2nd visit but not our last

We chose this park as an ideal base for a walking weekend, and we were not disappointed. Very close to the 1066 country trail and Beachy Head we found ourselves well walked and well fed. The lodge that we stayed in had plenty of space for storage and relaxing. Only 4 miles from Eastbourne this would be a good location for a family break.

Had a great few days here and was surprised by the amenities  in the Chalet, bath 2 showers washing machine and dishwasher large tv  and such a large area to chill out in plus the balcony! Could do better in the bar area as had to ask to clean the tables!  Pool was small but at least warm ! Very near to the beach and good for the local bus which stopped just outside, so leave the car on site!

Happy Days

The lodge was so modern and roomy. 
It had 2 bedrooms, both with walk in wardrobes and one had en suite shower room. Extra bathroom with bath/shower. Comfy beds and pillows. Felt kitchen equipment bit inadequate though if you were to self cater. Lovely and cosy too for time if year. Can park by lodge too. Eastbourne, (nearest) Brighton, Lewes and Hastings not far. Situated right by a main road (slightly noisy) and beach joining site. Had moderate entertainment and nice restaurant with a good varied menu (not in Winter though) and nice indoor pool (was open 9-1pm). Nice pub about a mile away, good menu and prices were very reasonable.Would totally recommended this site for all these reasons.
