Had a friendly greeting, the gentleman at reception came and got our bags from the car and bought them in, he also upgraded our room if we wanted and we accepted. Lovely comfy beds and clean ironed bed linen. All items in kitchen what we needed and a tea/ coffee/ milk and sugar welcome pack. Will definitely go there again.

Staff we amazing - hospitable, friendly and really accommodating. They had great recommendations for the local area, the room was a great size for four people, and it was extremely clean. Great amenities available, and lovely surrounding area for food, pubs, and good vibes. Will definitely be returning here when I next visit!

We were welcomed after a long drive full of delays by very friendly and helpful staff who offered us an upgrade and directed us to a marvelous apartment. This was just a short stay but we liked it so much we are planning to come back and stay longer next time.

I liked the property's location, and the amenities inside the apartment were convenient. I would have liked more cleanliness inside the apartment, especially in the bedroom and the balcony, we couldn't use the balcony due to lack of cleanliness and safety.

Good location with helpful and friendly staff. Modern amenities.

We didn’t arrive until early evening but the staff were so lovely and accommodating. There was a problem with the room but this was quickly rectified and check in was quick. The apartment 105/106 was lovely spacious and clean. The kitchen area was good and had everything we needed. We were very happy with it and the location was good and near to the beach and all the  local facilities. Thumbs up.. 👍 We would defiantly stay here again!

The property was clean tidy and well kept, all the utilities were relatively new and all functioned perfectly, the apartment had a lot of natural light, the kitchen was well equipped and the staff were excellent.

Well i had great experience with very hospitable staff and amazing manager who gave me upgrade on the spot to a deluxe apartment which was air conditioned the facilities very clean modern had a small kitchen with washing machine . Definitely will stay there again.

The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine,  microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is, im afraid we will have to look for somewhere else to stay when we come to Eastbourne to visit our family.

Theatre trip

We had read the reviews for this place before arriving so we were a little apprehensive, but we needed two double beds so we gave it a go. I'm really glad we did. The room was perfect for us. Super clean. The staff were lovely and really attentive, they even gave us the choice of two rooms to decide what would work better for us and our children. I think it's in a great location and on a quiet road. Both me and my husband loved the shower. I found the bed to be OK but my husband said it was too firm for him. We didn't really use the kitchen, but all the appliances were brand new and it seemed to have everything you would need, from utensils to washing up liquid and tea towels. The only thing that did bother me was the green light by the door as it was very bright when trying to sleep, but I don’t know the health and safety rules so this possibly can't be changed. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Unexpectedly great!

Great property, comfortable and quiet. The apartment had a fully-equipped kitchen, which would have been useful for a longer stay. Very clean bathroom, although it's BYO bodywash. We were able to leave our bags so we could start out day early. Staff were great, very polite and kind. The location is about a 15min walk from the centre of town, but only five minutes from the seafront so it's a nice walk. Would have been an excellent location for the Seven Sisters walk, but unfortunately the weather didn't allow for it.Highly recommend Trattoria Anema e Core for dinner, and Bibendum Sunday roast - you won't regret either!

Clean, quiet and comfortable

The apartments are in a good,quiet,area, but only about 5 minutes from the seafront and 10 to the main town. The hotel is formed of a terrace of elegant victorian houses.  The receptionist was friendly and I had help to get the suitcases to the room, he was a nice helpful chap as were the other staff we saw. (cleaning). The room was deluxe: double bed, separate kitchen and bathroom with bay windows and on the raised ground floor. We both have back pain but the bed was very comfortable; no issues. The linen was white Egyptian cotton and the pillows were good. Very clean.The sofa was clean and comfortable in a fabric cover which we prefer to leather/vinyl. Most of the time, we were able to stream films from Netflix, Sat night a bit sketchy.The kitchen was very clean but as others have said a bit basic as regards equipment.  I usually do take some kitchen knives to rented apartments, most people do. I needed them. Saying that, there were 3 frying pans. A salad bowl would have been nice, though the large soup bowls served the purpose. There was a washer drier as well as a 3/4 size cooker, microwave, cute fridge freezer, tea towels, detergent and dish sponge. kettle, toaster.The bathroom was big enough and very clean, the shower worked very well and there was plenty of hot water at all times. Great mirrors both sides of the cupboard door. There was a good sized wardrobe outside and a full length mirror.Had 4 nights for under £400 and we were very happy with it. late August.
