Clean, friendly people that thought about all the little things to make your stay happy. Highly recommended

Julie and Chris are very nice and warm hosts. The rooms are modernized in new country style. Very comfortable beds, everything super clean. The breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared with a good selection of cereals, fruits, yogurt, etc. The guesthouse has a great location at Loch Ness for excursions. In the bathroom more counter space and a mixing faucet would be good.

This  Bed and Breskfast was in a great location, a beautiful village. The facilities were perfect, with lovely touches, cake on arrival, chocolate on pillows, the hosts were friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice.   We would definitely return if we visit Scotland again.

Julie and Chris were the perfect hosts and made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. We loved meeting Maisie their dog too.... adorable! We were greeted with smiles, nothing was too much trouble and Julie had left a couple of slices of her homemade lemon drizzle cake in our room. It was delicious and the recipe was printed out for us to take home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was a great choice for breakfast and cooked to perfection. This is an amazing place to stay and we were sad to move on. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was a beautiful B & B; I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The owners treat the whole place like their home and have lots of lovely touches. Our room was so clean and comfortable with a great bed. Lovely shower room too. The location is great, set off the village green and quiet at night. Beautiful breakfast on offer too!

Very friendly hosts.
Rooms were really nice with Harris tweed Nessie waiting for us on our beds haha.
The twin Room was very spacious and the bedding was super comfortable,the Television was a good size as well
A kettle was provided for a selection of teas and coffee as well as a Espresso machine with Pods if you needed that extra kick in the morning.
The bathroom was spacious as well.

We were recommended to try the food truck that was parked next door for dinner. This was a really nice meal and we would recommended that you try it.(pic of menu attached)

The breakfast was really nice and filled us up for the rest of the day.
There was lots of options for breakfast along with Cereal and Fruit.

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this BnB.

Easy/quick check in, quiet rooms and great breakfast atmosphere. Perfect spot to walk to local dining and pub. Food was excellent too!

My husband and i spent 3 nights at Morlea as part of our Scotland tour. It was located near Loch Ness which was included in our plans. Our room was gorgeous, very clean and beautifully presented as was the whole place. Julie and hubby were fantastic hosts, warm and friendly. There was a tin in our room with two slices of homemade Lemon Drizzle cake and a recipe printed out. It was such s nice touch and made the stay home felt and cozy. The room had a lovely en suite bathroom with shower and there were many extra toiletries provided. Breakfast was a mixture of continental and cooked (traditional) and was lovely. Morlea B & B is in a lovely location with a green at the front with picnic tables for use. There is a tea shop, pub and gift shops all located by the green. Thank you to the hosts for making is feel so welcome.

Julie and Chris were so welcoming! They made us feel at home! The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Chris makes the best scrambled eggs! I was so touched that when we reported a car issue he volunteered to come and look at the car! He fixed the problem and it never reoccured. Now thats service! Thank you both for your kindness and hospitality

Beautiful B & B in stunning location near Loch Ness.

Home away from home!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Morlea B&B. The owners are just lovely people and made us feel very welcome. The room was very nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. As mentioned in previous reviews there is lemon cake awaiting you in the room and a Nespresso machine that makes great coffee. The breakfast was wonderful and they are very generous with portions and variety. We highly recommend this B&B!

Wonderful B&B!

Julie and Chris were great hosts.  From the warm welcome to the home made lemon cake left in our room we were made to feel very comfortable.  Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and made to our exact order.  Location is very close to Loch Ness with plenty of hiking options.  Also a short drive to Inverness which is a beautiful city.
