AMAZING ATTITUDES AND FULLY CATERED FOR A COELIAC WITH CAPSICUM ALLERGY We went up on 22nd August as my partner and I were performing at a local festival. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a happy to see us attitude and prepared to help at any cost. My partner having Coeliacs disease and adverse reactions to Pepper, chilli, black peppercorns, white peppercorns, means that is difficult to eat in any eatery at the best of times. However, Holiday Inn was not only catering for it they ensured and checked everything over multiple times, the head chef came out and made allowances to create fresh sauces, and packet things from scratch in a contamination free environment. We had already mentioned but Miller and Carter and other such restaurants were not able to do that. The head chef on the evening meal made sure that the breakfast in the morning was also sorted by the head chef for that day. Of which it was. They managed us without a sigh, or discontent. It made the stay relaxing and perfect in every way, I was just gutted that we were only there for one night.
