Want a wonderful place. The Garden lodge is perfect for any break, situated at the bottom of beautiful gardens with parking. 
Sally is an exceptional hostess, breakfast is absolutely perfect.
Would recommend & will return in the future 

sally is as awesome as they say, thanks for the perfect stay, breakfast is amazing!! and loved the top floor room with great sea view, it was a much needed break the island was unexpectedly beautiful and would look to return. 

Stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely stay at Mimosa Lodge. The Room and Ensuite were both immaculate with stunning views of the South Coast from the top balcony. The Breakfast was also excellent.

Highly recommended. We will definitely be back in the future.

Just lovely. We stayed in the garden lodge which was extremely well equipped, warm, clean and very peaceful. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating and it was evident that she took great pride in making sure guests enjoyed their stay. 

Found this B & B on the internet - with good reviews  ... pleased to say it lived up to those reviews. Perfect location for our house hunting, seeing friends and walking into Cowes. Had spoken to owners in connection with original booking and they were most helpful.  Room was spacious and very comfortable and met all our needs. Breakfast was excellent with very good choices. Covid issues  ..  they had "all bases covered" and we felt very safe and secure.

· The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice, perfectly cooked and well presented. Sally, the owner, is an exceptional lady.....happy, smiling, helpful, proactive and highly efficient. She really cares about her guests and does everything possible to ensure that your stay/experience is perfect. She thinks of everything, and does everything, in a none intrusive and friendly manner. All Covid19 restrictions were completely adhered to and so we felt totally safe. The entire property is immaculately clean and well ordered. The beds are extremely comfortable and provide truly restful sleep. Our three nights stay was delightful.·

We had a great time at Mimosa Lodge, an elegant Georgian house in a great position near to the centre of Cowes. Our hosts were delightful, and nothing was too much trouble.   We were with friends, so had two rooms, very comfortable with everything we needed.    The breakfast was superb with every choice imaginable. We even saw red squirrels in the garden on our last day! 

In an excellent position, this lovely bed and breakfast in a Georgian house with garden offers comfortable rooms and beds, and serves brilliant breakfast with plenty of choices. Great host, and red squirrels in the garden.

We spent three nights in this lovely, up-market B&B. Beautifully appointed throughout, we had a large double room with a super bathroom with a powerful shower. All furnishings to a very high standard. Sally, our delightful friendly host was really attentive and helpful. There was a wide choice at breakfast and everything was freshly prepared and delicious. Sally also organised our ferry crossing at a significant discount. Best to book direct rather than through the usual websites. One day at breakfast we were almost joined by a little red squirrel! Can't guarantee that this will always happen, but it was an added bonus!  We would highly recommend this.

A lovely guest house with delightful rooms. Sally the owner was a wonderful host and could not do enough to make our stay special. The Isle of Wight turned out to be the perfect holiday, being the right place at the right time with the right weather.

Excellent B&B

Lovely Covid-safe stay

A beautiful house and gardens and excellent friendly, thoughtful hosts.  My room was large with a high ceiling and views across the Solent.  Good quality bed linen, large fluffy soft towels, White Company toiletries, a bath and separate shower and large windows on three sides (so light and providing a breeze for those extremely hot temperatures).  COVID safety precautions were in evidence throughout my 10 night stay.  Breakfast has to be ordered the night before (to cater for the COVID safety precautions) but extensive menu including a choice of 10 different types of fresh fruit.  

Luxury and comfort in Cowes

Last minute short stay as our Spain holiday was cancelled. We chose Mimosa Lodge as we wanted a balcony and sea view and one of their rooms offered just that. 
Firstly, the host, Sally, was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and she freshly cooked our breakfast each morning which was with good quality ingredients, delicious and plentiful. 
Our room was their top floor room. It is huge and beautifully furnished. Plenty of storage with a wardrobe, huge chest of drawers, dressing table and bedside cabinets. The bed is enormous, and lying in it you can look out at the fabulous views of Cowes and the Solent. The bathroom has an enormous walk in shower as well as a full size bath, lovely large fluffy white towels and White Company toiletries. 
If the weather is nice you can have breakfast in the garden. We did. It was very pleasant - the garden is very well cared for. 

Outstanding

Sally and Jeremy were fantastic hosts during my 2 week stay in the self-contained apartment in their garden. They are warm and genuine people, offering to give me a lift in their car several times without a moments hesitation and always up for a friendly chat when we bumped into each other. 
The apartment itself is well-kept, very peaceful and a pleasant 15 minute walk into Cowes town centre via the coast.

My wife & I have stayed at Mimosa Lodge over the last 7 years and we find it quite simply superb- the house is a beautiful period house of the 1920-30 in immaculate condition - the Lodge is stunning with lovely views over the Solent from our bedroom.
We have tried B&Bs all over the world and this one is a real gem if you want the Best do try this one - the Breakfasts are outstanding with locally produced food on your plates if so desired.. Your Hosts at Mimosa Lodge are a shining example of the very best in British Hospitality .

A spectacular Bed & Breakfast

Great convenient location, easy to find, good parking and easily walkable to Cowes and back (10-15mins) down by the esplanade or straight along the street. Importantly, a very comfortable room, with a giant bed and en-suite, all with a fantastic view of the cottage garden and the Solent. Made even more pleasurable with a delightful and filling breakfast choice with fresh food and good portions, all the while sitting in the bay window overlooking the garden. Service was unparalleled, very helpful and unobtrusive. This is our first visit to the Isle and this makes a perfect base to explore. Would highly recommend, and we will come back again.
