Point A Hotel London Shoreditch

I was nervous to book this because of the "3 star" rating. I use a wheelchair and need an accessible room. The Liverpool location has 2 steps at the entrance so we came to Shoreditch instead. Turns out, we made a great choice! The hotel is clean and welcoming, the staff was very helpful. We got to know the evening agent quite well after a few days. The breakfast got a bit boring after 6 days, but it was always delicious and fresh and we were glad for the amenity. Quite worth booking directly through the hotel for the free breakfast. Our room was on the -1 floor and though we didn't have a window, we slept quite well in the comfortable bed. The room is laid out well and the small space is used smartly. On the first day, our shower flooded and spilled over to the whole room. Within 2 minutes, 4 staff members were helping to mop and wipe up while a maintenance man came to clean the drain out. After that, we had no problems at all and the staff was so very kind as they cleaned every inch of the floor. The space was quite manageable as a handicapped person. The bathroom has a shower chair and is full of bars and emergency pull cords if necessary. The rooms, halls and lift are just big enough that I could navigate without stress. Should a Point A hotel be available in any city I visit in the future I would book without hesitation and highly recommend you do the same! If you are looking for an American style hotel with American size and amenities, this may fall a bit short for you, but I felt it was very generous and comfortable for our European adventures. It's proximity to train and bus stations was also a huge plus.
