We had a lovely stay and evening meal at Parvati’s Farmhouse . 
Hosts offer a wonderful stay , spacious room with en-suite. We had a fantastic evening meal , the presentation and taste was 10/10 .
We will definitely return .

This was booked by a 3rd party as part of a walking tour so we had no expectations.
As such it was a lovely surprise, a stunning room and really excellent food. Run by a couple who clearly know what they are doing , charming hosts.
We will certainly be back.

Fantastic from start to finish despite the odd rain shower. Our room was overlooking the river Wye and had all the comforts needed including home made biscuits, fabulous shower and bath, comfortable bed and linen, a tv and Wi-Fi and the peace and quiet needed when away. Breakfast was sumptuous and our evening meal even more so, a real treat. 
Nothing was too much trouble in the Parva with Marta and Roger taking care to ensure guests had a good stay.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Breakfast was wonderful. The hosts were delightful and very helpful. I loved our top-floor room (steep stairs!) and the view. Great hiking access. Room was clean and cheery, amenities were pleasantly modern in this lovely old farmhouse.

My husband and I booked a 1 night stay as we were attending a 50th birthday party nearby. What a gem situated on the banks of the River Wye. Marta (proprietor) was very friendly and professional from start to finish. 

Our spacious and very comfortable room overlooked the river. Tea/coffee facilities and shortbread cookies 🍪 in the room. 

There is an honesty bar which is rare to find these days! Lovely idea. The breakfast menu was extensive with some options which you don’t always see. Very warm feeling all round. 

My only regret is that we didn’t get chance to dine in as again the menu looked very tempting with log fires to sit next to in the evening. We will definitely recommend and return soon, probably for longer too.

Had a lovely stay at the Parva over the bank holiday weekend. View of the river Wye from the room was great despite the weather. A lovely room and en suite with a large comfortable bed. A nice touch with coffee and home made biscuits on arrival. The breakfast was delicious, I left very content after the ‘full Welsh’. Lovely hosts, will be returning soon.

The hotel is a family business and the staff could not be more welcoming. The room was lovely, there are very nice public areas, and the restaurant is brilliant including a terrific breakfast. Located near the bank of the Wye river, there are good walks nearby and many local attractions. Highly recommended.

Just back from a weekend at Parva Farmhouse. First visited here over 30 years ago and it was lovely to find that it is still a great place to stay. Received a very warm and friendly welcome and our room on the second floor had a very comfortable large bed with good quality bedding and a view over the river. Home made biscuits were a nice touch in addition to the water, tea and coffee provided. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was exceptional. Breakfast was also great with a varied menu of freshly cooked items that were a little different to the usual B&B menu. Marta is a great hostess and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just had two nights at Parva farmhouse.  Thoroughly relaxing stay.  The breakfast was exceptional, quality and expertly cooked.  Would definitely recommend with charming hosts to look after you.  Room was very clean with a comfortable bed and beautiful white linen.

As cannot book through the dedicated website, I 'phoned to make a reservation for D,B&B. Only one room left; one of the luxury ones. Had no confirmation by text or E-mail so 'phoned again and then it appeared (guessing it might be better to book through booking.com). Also had exchange of E-mails two days before arrival to give choice of food for evening meal. Friendly welcome on arrival. Room on second floor was spacious with large bed and view over the River Wye. Proved to be very quiet. Ate in and food was very good, although choice fairly limited. Had a very quiet night. Bed comfortable. Breakfast also very good with choice of cereals and large choice of freshly-cooked options.  Check-out very speedy. The only issue is the cost.  With the Wild Hare still being refurbished there is not a lot of choice in Tintern for places to stay and eat in the evening so not much competition.

A lovely place to stay with a great restaurant

This is a delightful b&b and we spent 2 nights, the second dining in the restaurant.  The room we had was on the top floor with a lovely view of the River Wye.  Our room was lovely with everything we needed, comfy bed and very smart bathroom, decorated and fitted out to a very high standard. A short walk into the quiet little Tintern and there was a choice of pubs and the stunning Tintern Abbey. Breakfast was so good especially the Parva cooked breakfast.  Our evening meal on the Tuesday was the best we have eaten in a very long time and it is clear that Marta and Roger maintain exceptional standards in both hospitality and catering. Marta was a delightful host and we were made to feel so welcome. Will return again as it was such a relaxing and delightful place. Stay here and you will not be disappointed. 

Fabulous stay

I would award this B and B and restaurant 6 stars if I could.  It was fantastic, it totally exceeded our expectations. We stayed with two friends for two nights.   The welcome from Marta was very warm and the rooms also warm and cosy on such a cold weekend.   The twin beds were great quality and very comfortable indeed. We slept really well, it was very quiet at night. The linens were of an extremely high quality.  Then we come to the delicious food.   My goodness! Roger the chef is a huge talent.   The food was absolutely spectacular! We started with home made bread, halibut in a delicious sauce, duck cooked to perfection as was the beef.   Really superb.  The quality of the ingredients and the preparation shone through.  We were here for two nights and both mornings the breakfasts were excellent, smashed avocado on tomato sourdough really good, and the boys declared their cooked breakfasts superb.  Again really good quality ingredients, home made bread and granola.  All served with a smile by the lovely Marta. Really wonderful. Great walks along the Wye Valley from the door.   Thank you Roger and Marta and we will return!

An idyllic setting for an overnight stay to celebrate our anniversary. A very warm friendly welcome from Marta. Our room was beautiful with views across the river. Lovely antique furniture, spacious well fitted bathroom and the bed was heavenly with gorgeous cosy bedding. We had evening meal at the hotel. Everything was delicious, high quality, seasonal ingredients cooked with love and presented beautifully by chef Roger. Breakfast was equally special.
We really felt like we were staying in someone's gorgeous home and our own personal chef was cooking just for us. Parva Farmhouse B&B is a very special place and we can't wait to return.

We were in doubt to go to the restaurant because the menu on the website was not our taste, but we later found out that the menu’s change often. 

After checking the actual menu for our stay, we decided to have dinner here as well and we were not disappointed! 

Can highly recommended as a place to spend the night or diner!
