We came to visit National Trust properties and other gardens. This b and b has been an ideal Base.  It is very comfortable, excellent breakfasts and a real caring proprietor .

The room we have used is large, a comfortable bed and an immaculate bathroom. All requests have been very promptly dealt with, it has been great.

Wifi worked really, you well, always a bonus.

I stayed here for one night before a job interview. Nic was very welcoming when I arrived and the house, room and ensuite bathroom were spotless and beautiful. On arrival I was offered the most delicious hot chocolate. 
The room was very nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. Free, good wifi was available and the room was well equipped with plug sockets, a television and a hairdryer. 
There was a fantastic selection of options at breakfast which included a large very tasty homemade cooked breakfast. The hosts were extremely friendly made me feel very at home.
Thank you very much Nic for getting my phone charger sent back to me after I forgot to take it with me in the morning.

Not only was the owner friendly and accommodating, he offered me a spare tie (I had forgotten mine for the wedding) and provided me and my friend with a lift to the venue of the wedding (our bus failed to turn up). Also cooked us a lovely breakfast, so we left feeling very full and refreshed!

Made to feel very welcome. Great room, very clean and spacious.  Homemade tea and coffee on arrival. Fantastic breakfast. Very friendly owners, went above and beyond for us. Lovely, quiet location. Would highly recommend even if only to meet the amazing owners. Gareth and Suzie.

This Bed and Breakfast really got it right!  The home is spotless from one end to the other.  Our host Nik was a delight.  We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and offered a pot of hot tea, then shown to our room.

Our room was wonderful!  Comfortable bed, flat panel TV, bisquits and light sweets, and a workable bathroom with a walk in shower.  There were plenty of towels, and a welcomed towel warmer (it was chilly when we arrived).

Breakfast was exquisitely presented on time and looked like it came from a five star chef.  The food was delicious. 

Nik is wonderful to talk with,  and very engaging. 

There were absolutely no difficulties with this stay.  However, the road in is being worked on, so take care when you get to the detour that you make the correct turn with the satellite (GPS).

Highly recommend.
