The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury.

The flat is very clean and well equipped, the hosts are friendly and helpful, and the area is lovely.I would definitely recommend.

A one night Business stay, lovely welcoming hosts and clear instructions, great wifi and proper computer desk to do 6 hours work with a professional office chair.Absolutely spotless and up market fixtures and comfortable bed.Met the host on arrival who showed me how everything worked.Only a 7 minute walk to a local traditional pub, with friendly landlord and patrons.Overall , a beautiful secluded home that’s a 9 minute drive to the centre of Canterbury.Will be booking again not work related, but for a nice weekend break.

My husband & I had 3 nights here. The owner, Deborah, was extremely helpful both before & during our stay. The accommodation is very spacious & has everything you need. The property is about 4 miles from Canterbury so is ideal if you have a car & don’t want to stay in town. The directions we received were excellent and we had no trouble locating the property. Would stay again if in the area.
