Clean and comfortable rooms, staff really helpful.  Added meal deal at the restaurant,  staff there all so nice, travelling alone, but met with local colleagues and booked tables to eat on each night. Breakfast was great. Good menu, tasty desserts

We had a great stay with family whilst visiting relatives.

Great location from the motorway. 

For a budget hotel you are provided with everything you need.

Beds are super comfy, the whole of the hotel was spotlessly clean. 

We had a great nights sleep without any disturbance.

All of the staff are super. A total credit to Premier Inn. From the staff on check in, restaurant and cleaning.

Just booked again for New Year's Eve. 

Can't go wrong with this place.

The usual premier inn facilities professional staff, my preferred choice Nice and quiet the rooms are always clean and tidy. Very happy to stay there again Cannock orbiting free parking close to restaurants and breakfast facilities well done everyone

Excellent hospitality and a great room as always. 
We turned up about 1:30am after a concert had finished later than expected. We were greeted with a smile and good conversation by Jade, who then surprised us by handing out bottles of water, chocolate bars and sweets. They were very appreciated! Friendliest premier inn I think we’ve ever been to.
Bed extremely comfy as always, facilities clean and up to standard. Very happy with our visit, thank you!

First stay at this hotel. Very impressed. Clean tidy . Comfy bed. Great staff and value for money. Great food in restaurant and fantastic value. Very attentive helpful staff. Good location for our needs 

Visited for business. Front desk staff are lovely and helpful and genuinely nice people. I had a slight issue with the breakfast allocation, but they rectified this immediately and rapidly.

The room was spotless and comfortable enough and there was no fuss at all; included a TV, hairdryer and the bathroom was very clean.

From the moment I entered the front door   to the reception I was greeted with a  happy smile & customer service  1st class .    To be expected from a premier inn  accommodation   excellent.    With my job I stop in hotels  on a weekly basis    premier inn  is always my 1st choice .

WoW it was a Lovely Place to stay .....
I had first spoken on the phone to Louisa on Recption a week prior to staying & she was So Helpful, Friendly & Understanding, then My Eldest & I had the Good Fortune to meet Her in Person on arrival when booking in then My Mrs & Our Youngest when heading to Our Room on Saturday late afternoon on the 11th Feb 2023

We didn't use the restaurant as We were up & out at 8:30 am for to attend a Charity Fund Raising Breakfast nearby & on the evening We arrived Our Boys My Mrs & I fancied a K.F.C there is a retail park just across from The Hotel so very handy !!.
Also Good Secure Easy Parking ( Free ) 
I just happen to hold a Blue Badge there was plenty of Blue Badge Bays too !!.

Amazing hospitality and service from Nina, Jade and the whole team here. Always smiling, always happy to help. Also allowed us to have multiple people in the rooms for a meeting at short notice. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who needs one in the area.

An amazing hotel and a team who make it great!

I would like to say thank you for a lovely Christmas Break. The room was very clean as were the toilet and shower. The staff on reception are a credit to the company every one of them was polite friendly and helpful even though they were working through Christmas. We had a very nice Christmas break and we will definitely use this hotel again.

Carol on reception helped me so much to book as not too good with technology, When we arrived she was on reception helped to sign car into car park, Gave us a room near to entrance as i cannot walk very well. She helped book a taxi as we went to a venue a little way away. ALL VERY GOOD Would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant, quiet and relaxing hotel, which was pretty surprising considering its proximity to a busy roundabout. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. An ideal location for access to the motorway and local places of interest. Cannock is very busy but the chase is still astounding.
